A very clean and well maintained hotel, located conveniently near shopping and eateries. Friendly staff offered courteous services as and when requested.

The most fantastic service provider in Navi Mumbai, when it comes to a 4-Star Hotel. House keeping services are available 15hrs a day - good enough. The staffs are customer friendly. We stay often in their premises. Looking for ward in the June end, to be again visiting the place, for stay !!

Staff is excellent , but lack hospitality ethics. It's a great 3star stay . Food is great and tasty .
Their internet has limited access, so if anyone coming for business purposes , we had a challenge to connect multiple devices. Personal , family visits are best entertained here .
Everyone must keep in mind , Booking online from international booking sites is extremely expensive as compared to local tariff .

Went with a toddler, as a family. Pros: Service was good. Food was good. People were nice. Location was decent. Had a reasonably pleasant stay. Cons: Room size was very very small. The bathroom was also cramped with the requirement of closing one door, before accessing the other. It was frustrating. I know Mumbai is expensive but I couldn't compare sizes/ value for money. So although this was frustrating, not reducing a star for this aspect. There were hardly a few feet around the bed. In that space, there were glass shelves protruding, to keep the TV set top box. We kept getting hurt. That must be moved above 7 feet. Towels were not that clean. The size made the stay a bit unpleasant.

We stopped by here for a business meeting over lunch. Recommended by locals, Abbott Hotel lures you with excellent service, clean facilities, a good ambience and delicious food. Just off the highway en route from Mumbai to Pune.

Stayed for 4 nights in November 22 while in Navi Mumbai for a family function. The room I stayed was very clean. The reception and other staff are very courteous. Located close to shopping areas. They could improve the buffet breakfast; otherwise everything is top class.
