I m from #Thailand book Hotel in #india navi mumbai maharashtra, cbd belapur hotel name the park i am not happy due to below reasons
Hotel want make money not customers
I ordered water # evocus water of Rs 150 chargeable, but they refill only normal water and pack for me , very poor logic for earning money from foreigner
I already complained to hotel manager also not actions taken.
Hotel marketing front officer not helping me to rebook room today, ask for price hike , which impact bad impressions to me Hotel loyalty, Hotel wants, making money not customers, I had plans to visit next trip for 15 days with my family but can't stay here and advise to Thailand people don't book due to hotel loyalty not honor commitment to customers

Great service especially in buffet breakfast. The staff was very helpful attending to the smallest things. The food quality was also very good and traditional items like Misal Pav, etc were also nice. Area wasn't too crowded and the fact that they accommodated many guests for late breakfast was also nice of them..

Staying at The Park is always an treat... Let it be check in or check out or the food these guys are always ahead... you name it these guys jus know how to treat a customer well. few names like Nandini, Sahil, Jitesh, Shubham n Umer these guys can be termed as the pinnacle for the excellent service n hospitality by The Park....

Been to The Park as had a family gathering near by, the staff.at the reception was very helpful in arranging a cab they also helped with the location as we were fairly new to this place... Kudos to Ahana , Nandini n Jitesh from the Reception to guide us all the way thru our stay. They even provided us with. Hotel car at very reasonable rates... The room , the services , Breakfast every thing was amazing n outstanding.

Bad hotel with equally bad service
The hotel does not even come close to the cleanliness and standards of other hotels in this star/price range.
Restaurent service was really disappointing and slow. Even basic drinks like tea takes roughly 1 hour to be served.
Rooms and toilets were not really clean. The provided towels had bad smell.
The pool area did not have any towels for use. Toilets next to the pool area were in really bad condition.
All in all, we had high hopes, but was hugely disappointed.
