Its a terrible hotel, never had such bad experience. People are very rude and they don't care about their guests, besides service is pathetic. Please don't recommend this hotel to anyone.

Very bad experience as the place was recommended by friends who had been here years ago. Was disappointed with the unhygienic bathrooms. Bedding smelt and felt damp. Wouldn’t go back or recommend it. Area is also quite isolated, I regretted my choice as Bandra has hotels around the same price range and there’s so much to do and see.

Worst hotel. Inspite of doing booking of super deluxe room number which was shown ac included but at the of check in hotel asked to pay extra charges for ac room. After all arugement and spoken to make my trip team hotel management agreed to us and refund the amount. Worst hotel of thane
