The hotel is short of staff and not supervised by management. For any service item ordered, the first statement is, it will take time. They refuse an even cup of tea. The morning buffet breakfast is not ready in time. The scheduled time is 7:30 am, but up to 8 am, 1 or 2 items are not ready on platform. Even when an item is finished in the bowel, they do not replenish. When called for, it comes with difficulty. The evening buffet spread is like third grade hotel. Can not take it. Order for ala carat, they refuse to take order saying you take buffet as a cook is busy. Still, i ordered, and they took 1 hour. Room housekeeping is bad. The bathroom commode is dirty. They do not replace sachets of tea. We have to call and ask for. I was a business traveler, thus this was terrible for me.
