It was really nice and comfortable stay at navi mumbai. Room and staff service are very good. The staff was attentive and helpful. Food quality is delicious. Location of the hotel is very safe and easy to approach.

The room service person asks you to pay up for every meal. If you need to pay at the end, the reception person says it has to be informed prior during checkin (not sure how any visitor is supposed to know this beforehand though. Visitors please keep this in mind.

I would like to give 2.5 rating to this property. I know this is a business hotel but not a clean property. Bed sheets have stains, room glasses were dirty, so was scared to drink water from it, bathrooms are very average and not properly clean. Food was okay, staff members were all nice(the only highlight of this place). Our previous property where we always stay got canceled at last moment that's why had to stay here but will definitely not at all my first choice to stay here, the best part was it is hardly 10 minutes drive from client's office.

Property location is good. Food was tasty and amenities was comfortable. One suggestion is to improve on water logging the floor in bathroom after using the shower. The staying experience was good.

The spacious room and airy windows is a plus. Neat & clean bedding. All appropriately organized. I didnt like the centralized exhaust fan for toilets, should be dedicated and usable by individual at any time. Please keep tissue paper in the tray besides other stuffs. Also pls place some hooks on the wall for multipurpose hanging. Wifi speed is just 5mbps and its shame for a business hotel. Overall a very good stay and will come here again.

The hotel is short of staff and not supervised by management. For any service item ordered, the first statement is, it will take time. They refuse an even cup of tea. The morning buffet breakfast is not ready in time. The scheduled time is 7:30 am, but up to 8 am, 1 or 2 items are not ready on platform. Even when an item is finished in the bowel, they do not replenish. When called for, it comes with difficulty. The evening buffet spread is like third grade hotel. Can not take it. Order for ala carat, they refuse to take order saying you take buffet as a cook is busy. Still, i ordered, and they took 1 hour. Room housekeeping is bad. The bathroom commode is dirty. They do not replace sachets of tea. We have to call and ask for. I was a business traveler, thus this was terrible for me.

The aircon was not effective, have to change the room twice, still it was not effective. Not satisfied
