The stay at gcc was good the breakfast options are good and tasty. I found vanity pack expired, not much of an issue. Overall the service was good

The GCC Club is a very old establishment in Mira Road that has become very popular over the years. Recently this property has become a hotel and the activities - badminton, squash, gym, swimming, table tennis , pool etc have been shifted to a new club house building nearby. The restaurants, banquet hall and a swimming pool still remain here. We had some hours to kill and enjoyed at the Olivia all day dining bar.

Room are very neat and lavish. I stayed in the premium regal suite. It also has a bathtub. Breakfast was complimentary. Must have breakfast. Food is top notch at gcc. I ordered several times from the dinning. A complimentary wine bottle was also given to us for the stay.

The service was excellent. Housekeeping ever prompt. Tech support very prompt. Experienced an intercom failure during the stay. Promptly were provided alternative phone nos untill snag resolved. Food tasty but quite expensive. Special mention of Ms.Alisha, Ms Naval and Mr. Sangvi.

Hotel located very close to our place of visit and commute was quick with easy availability of autos. Dx room was ok in all respects with all amenities available except slippers. Newspaper availability need to be ensured daily. Olivia restaurant breakfast spread was sufficient and food was good including live counter. Staff in all areas were helpful specially housekeeping and at reception. Hotel room, toilet, reception area and restaurant were clean. Overall, 3nights stay was good. Suggestion : it would be better if mattresses were harder for good body support.
