I have booked this hotel from online portal ,with proper confirmation ,but at the time of check in ,Hotel said no confirmation with them and they spent my 30 mint in reception and I have paid again the charges and get room key , after that ,they able to track my reservation and get back my charged amount .

it was horrible experience. staff was very uncooperative. I lost my room card in hotel itself, they heavily charge me for same. o don't suggest this property for stay.

Location good, rooms clean, poor servie, poor air conditioning. Had to change rooms twice. Finally slept in non-ac room. Changed my hotel the next day

Hotel's location and parking facility is good.
Service is very poor. No one came forward at the reception to carry our luggage to the room
Room was too small to move around.
Wash area had a bad smell.
The mattress was not at all comfortable and most of us could not have good sleep
Room service was very poor. Ordered breakfast served very late so we had to pack and leave to keep time
