The room was pathetic. The colour in the room was coming off there was leakage. The room service guys were too slow on the service. Also they charged double amount for beverages that was mentioned in their menu card.

Location was good and hotel’s exterior also good. Disappointed with room size and amenities. . Breakfast was delicious. Overall i’ll give 5 out of 10.

No hot water in bathroom. Using other rooms keys one can open your room door from outside. My room door was opened by other guests from outside using his keys at night.

The hospitality is good, staff is helpful. The facilities need an upkeep, something simple like a full length mirror is not available in their blue room in which i was staying. The bottled water for tea was not provided for, only two 500 ml bottles were provided. Breakfast spread & food was good. The hotel is does not have ramps and handrails at entrance for senior citizens or for physically challenged persons. Overall vits sharanam needs serious upgradation of facilities.

Dirty bed sheets and bedcovers, spotted duvet, chairs was not there, bathroom stinky. They never mentioned anywhere that breakfast will be fully vegetarian. Funny, they serve liquor and not non veg
