Location good, rooms clean, poor servie, poor air conditioning. Had to change rooms twice. Finally slept in non-ac room. Changed my hotel the next day

Hotel's location and parking facility is good.
Service is very poor. No one came forward at the reception to carry our luggage to the room
Room was too small to move around.
Wash area had a bad smell.
The mattress was not at all comfortable and most of us could not have good sleep
Room service was very poor. Ordered breakfast served very late so we had to pack and leave to keep time

Pathetic experience right from the reception. I waited for more than an hour to get a prebooked room. No water bottles were kept. Rooms are shady with broken old cheap fixtures. Nobody is bothered about overall customer experience and only bothered about their existing client it seems. Guests can easily choose some other option in the same vicinity
