The property should have directions when you enter the main gate, they have two wheeler parking in the next building and thats the saddest part. There should be some staff guy at the downstairs to guide you to the reception area which is on the 10th floor. The front desk are very direct and they dont believe in customer support. I have opted for a deluxe room and they didn’t offer packaged water and no bath towels. The food is overpriced in-fact zero taste and quality. They sell a “oxycool packaged water for rs. 70” when i raiser this question to the manager he said “ aapke like 50rs paga dete hai” and the tone was pathetic. I asked for newspaper they failed to provide it! overall it was a nightmare, the management is way too loose and they don’t believe in customer service. It is so saddening that when you say that i will complain about this- all they reply is as your wish! i would not recommend this hotel to anyone,

Rooms had a weird smell plus no ventilation at all, no windows. Also it was hard to find the hotel as there is no sign or boards to guide. Only good thing was the proximity to dy patil and turbhe station.

Hotel ambience is very good. Rooms and washrooms are neat and clean. Food is delicious. Only negative point is service is very slow.
