The hotel is good, it is a very young hotel. It is much better than other hotels in Navi-Mumbai. The problem was that the breakfast was booked but the hotel did not check it and received the breakfast fee. Ctrip later solved it.

The restaurant is good and the food is ok. The service is also good. The service staff greets me again and will come again next time. The location is quiet and the taxi is convenient. There is nothing to browse around, which is suitable for living next to you.

It takes about 50 minutes from the airport, so it's far, but the room service is good and the quantity is good. There aren't many things outside, so I have to go to Yu-Babul.

Room cleaning is the best in these hotel, My room number is 501, I stays here for a week, every day is the best for me, Mayur from housekeeping plays a good role, he truly an important asset to the company. I had a stay at Hotel Satkar Residency in March 2022 and July 2022 for more than 30 days. An excellent hotel in Thane. Service very good. Service in their restaurant superb. They pamper you! Only minus point would be with laundry quality which is of course outsourced and needs improvement. I enjoyed their hospitality very much and would like to stay again on my next visit.

Food and the service provided were of top quality by the team byms babali Ms. Mrudula from the Service team. Deserts served were of good taste, and the varieties were admirable by Ms. Sonali & Ms. Angel, their designated Desert Chefs. Ambience within the room was cozy and comfortable with cleanliness.

The location is in the south of Navi Mumbai. The location is relatively biased. There are some government departments around. The rooms are large, and the facilities and services are also good.
