Hotel Palazzo Prime Reviews

I stayed there for two days on a business trip. Hotel is very nice. Main points are spacious, clean and location is in the centre of the town. Stuffs behaviour were also very nice. But the restaurant charges are very high and it’s a vegetarian restaurant.

Hotel is in the main market and above shopping mall which includes cinema hall and gym also. Very good service with tasty food. For family it is a very nice place to stay.

Palazzo prime is located in the heart of tezpur and is a very good property with helpful staff and excellent accommodation facilities. The only disadvantage is that there is a cinema hall right above the hotel rooms, which can result in sleepless nights. Also in a 3 star hotel in the state of assam, i would expect nonveg options to be there on the menu as well.

I stayed here for a long time. The rooms are nice and spacious, but the cockroaches are going to make you feel a little conscious. The building offers a wide range of products, like shopping and theaters, so one can enjoy their time without any hassle. The property is located in the center of the tezpur market area, and hence you will get things in just a 100-meter area distance. The food in the restaurant is only vegetarian and a bit expensive, but the taste is too good. One thing: if you have booked an autorickshaw to reach there, then you shouldn't because the road is accessible to cars and motorcycles only.

good location, nice behaviour, all are very good. Foods are overpriced. normal veg dish prices are very high. All good except food.

Hotel in nice having spacious and good rooms with clean bathroom etc. Moreover the location is also nice. Rates are reasonable. Food is pure veg.

Situated in the heart of the city no problem to get the location. Food is also delicious and reasonable. Avove all the hospitality was excellent, it was a pleasant stay.

It was a wonderful stay. Very neat and clean room. Staff are very well mannered. Worth every penny. I recommend others to stay in this hotel at tezpur.

The interior of the hotel and food was very good even though the restaurant provides only vegetarian food. I have not assigned excellent rating as found few cockroaches inside rooms which got taken care of by the hotel staff. . The hotel is located in a very prominent place and with nice interior and close to all the tourist attractions. The vegetarian restaurant provides excellent food. The staff is cordial and interior is beautiful. What i didn’t like presence of few cockroaches in the room which the staff took care. But, it ruined my otherwise excellent rating downgraded to good. Good location and excellent room, and good behaviour of staff, this is my second visit, food quality is also good.
