Soy una persona de 70 años,con ciertas discapacidad para movilizarme ,primero me dieron un cuarto piso y luego segundo piso que en realidad es un tercero pues hay un entrepiso,me dijeron que el ascensor se arreglaría a la brevedad cosa que no sucedió en los tres días que estuve. No hay servicio de alimentación a la habitación lo cual dada mi condición de salud es un problema. Las ventanas y vidrios estaban muy sucios con excrementos de pájaros.

Tengo hasta el día de hoy una mala experiencia, debido a que me hospede 2 noches y solicite factura para poder rendir en mi empresa, en la cual al revisar mi correo solo me llego un cobro por 1 noche, llevo 1 semana solicitando la modificación de esta y han sido muy poco ejecutivos ya que me dicen que solo me hospede 1 noche y yo enviando el baucher del pago y reserva de booking. ha sido una experiencia desagradable ya que no lo han solucionado y no he podido recuperar mi dinero debido a la mala gestión administrativa de este Hotel.

La atención de todo el personal fue excelente. Así mismo el desayuno. Las instalaciones muy buenas. Estuvimos en una habitación triple, tal vez sería bueno que tengan más tomas para enchufar. El resto estamos muy conformes con nuestra estadía. La ubicación muy buena también.

Deben mejorar los servicios y el comedor. Todos los días hay QUE solicitar jabón porque dejan uno solo. El comedor ofrece desayunos caros y escasos y cenas pobres y sin vqriedad La facturación debe ser clara. No nos convenció la estadía. El cambio fue para brindar menos y cobrar más.

Muy amables las niñas de recepción. Lugar bonito, con instalaciones de madera, clásico. La pieza amplia, acogedora, buena calefacción, lugar tranquilo para descansar. El baño bien, todo impecable. Lo único que faltó fueron unas frazadas porque en la noche pasamos un poco de frío. El Restaurant muy agradable, pedimos el plato ajiaco del inglés, 100% recomendado, sabroso, un poco picante, preciso para el frío. Mis felicitaciones al chef. Esperamos volver pronto, gracias !

El pasillo con mal aspecto debido a las innumerables manchas en la alfombra. Informacion de tarifas mal interpretada por pasajeros debido a la poca claridad por parte del hotel. Recepcionistas y personnel de aseo muy amables

Great hotel, really worth it in relation to price/value. Fast checking, rooms identical as advertised in the website. Great location in Temuco's downtown, good car park, security, and overall great people.
