The hotel is located very near the Tel Aviv beach. Although the staff receptionist are almost all male and look like military trained but they are very friendly and helpful. The place is spartan but well maintained. It has a free coffee counter all day round.

Due to circumstances, I had to visit this hotel more than once from July to October 2022. Initially, everything was tolerable: price-quality and a nice bonus compensation: boiling water, tea, coffee - at any time. But in September, the bonus in the form of boiling water, tea and coffee remained only in the morning until a certain time. On my last visit there was something terrible that went beyond my mind!!! Cockroaches!!! They even crawled onto the bed, I didn’t turn off the light at night and couldn’t sleep at all! The room is poorly cleaned, there are some stains and dirt everywhere!

The staff are very helpful and pleasant. Chris is helpful and our stay enjoyable. I Will definatly return to the imperial : impressive lovely and stunning There was wonderful drink on the 10 bar also We would always remember this place to be the best home sweet home.

I arrived at 3pm and the room was not ready yet. I waited for 30 minutes to be assigned a room. As you go up in the lift you can smell this damp/ mould in the air. I went to open the bedroom door and the handle was not very secure. The smell continues in the bedroom, cracks in wall indicate damp as does damp and mould on furniture. Water leaking in bathroom. I asked receptionist for a better room as can’t stay here. The receptionist told me his work history and how this is a terrible place to work. The receptionist told me that the manager is meant to be here at 7am. I said that was not good enough. *********** eventually sorted a refund and luckily I found less hostile and nicer accommodation. But absolutely disgusting hotel!

The place is just terrible. The only good thing about it - is the good location. It is just about 100 meters from the beach. Everything else is really bad. We stayed in this place on 10th of April 2022 and needed a place just to spend several hours before the early flight. Otherwise we would leave this place immediately even if we would loose money for the reservation. The furnitue is just falling apart. Everything is very dusty. Moreover the room doesn’t look like it was cleaned before our arrival. Part of the linen were mssing. Furniture is broken, paint from the walls is falling on the floor. The socket was sparkling and the guys had to fix it with a screwdriver in front of us. And as a cherry on the top - reception guys tried to charge us more money than was agreed in the *********** My advice is to avoid this place if possible. This place is not cheap and there are a lot of places around which look much much better.

The average hotel was dirty, the bathroom didn't even have a hair dryer and the blankets had holes, the disposition of the people there was good, that's why I raised the score and the location is also ideal, although it says on the application they do not provide breakfast, and the bar they have is used every night for outsiders
