I have made every effort humanly possible to get the reservation done directly with Master but these guys are just impossible. For the price they are charging I would expect better communication. I just gave up on these guys. They wasted my time

Well worth the price
Great place in a great location, and more importantly, excellent comms with property managers. You can basically WhatsApp them any time and they respond immediately -- and a human, not AI. Was very impressed by that.
Fitness room was small but well appointed with dumbbells, adjustable bench, and a cable machine in addition to (I think) a treadmill and a bike.

Amazing Stay
The apartment was great. This was my first time renting an apartment while vacationing in Israel. The beds were big and very comfortable, the kitchen was nice and fully equipped . It was nice to have in unit laundry as well. The building was newer and there was an elevator and garage. The service was top notch! They would constantly bring us stuff as we requested it. They respond instantaneously to all your messages . They still won’t tell me their secret :). The location was awesome. About a 15 minute walk to the beach. It is very close to Neve Tzedek, and Shuk Hacarmel.
