Hotels with Parking in Tebrau

We were somewhat disappointed to hear when we arrived (after getting stuck in traffic for hours from Singapore) that the hot spring spa only operated from 4pm to 10pm (maintenance issues? Previous operating time of 8am to 9pm made more sense). We arrived at 9:45pm and were informed the latest free checkout was 12pm, so there was no chance of using the spa at all. Also, although our booking stated that there was breakfast for 2 guests and 3yo ate free, the hotel tried to charge us for an additional adult saying that the 2 free pax were for 1 adult and 1 child. Lastly, the tiles near the breakfast and pool area were so slippery, my 3yo slipped and got hurt in the fall. Room was nice and clean, but all the other things weren’t great!

The room was clean. The only downside is there are ants in any room that I’ve stayed in Miico. Even when I pulled the table away from the wall, the ants still managed to climbed up on top. I’d had to put my foods inside the toilet and placed it on the towel rack so they couldn’t reach it.

Room is fine, clean. Just the space beside the bed for the last room is small. Might kick the side of the bed if unnoticeable. Unable to walk normally on the side so ended just climb and crawl to sleep. Not suitable for elderly. Toilet might be slippery after bathe, lucky they provided the plastic kind of slipper to wear. Bottle water they will refill daily. They will make up room too. Ours room didn't have the do not disturb sign yet they still enter to pack up room which we do not want to. Was quite shocking. Nearby have 1 eatery but the land opposite looks more promising just that crossing the road would be dangerous as there are fast cars and no traffic lights. Better to drive opposite of possible. Short stay 2 day still okay but 3 day above would be bored. Given only one room card, extra myr50 deposit for each card. Card room kept resetting. Had to go counter every day to have it fixed.

This was a staycation and we booked an executive twin with ‘2 large single beds’ as advertised, but the room was very small, so were the beds. Although rather well-appointed in terms of furnishings, there just isn’t quite enough space for 2 adults and a pre-teen child to roam. The tv is also smaller usual. There is no breakfast provided but the street that the hotel is located at has some options, but not where I would go for breakfast. The Mount Austin theme park is nearby, but if that’s where you’re heading, I’d assume you would like more space and comfort to chill out after an entire day of play.

+ve: Good location, there are many shops nearby eg.supermarket, massage palour, ktv, and many eateries. Rooms are good sized. Free parking and easy to park, there are sufficient lots. -ve: Wifi is not good. Mostly get disconnected. Toilet floods after showering.

Great location as it is near to places we frequent. Apartment was ok. Security is tight which is good. Downside is only one car allowed to park at designated lot despite it being a family friendly apartment. We had 6 adults and a toddler. The apartment we got is not kids friendly. Remotes for TV and aircon were missing batteries and not working well. The balcony was missing a wooden panel. Luckily I noticed so I had to keep the sliding doors locked at all times as I have a toddler. Toilet floors were super slippery when wet and we fell as a result. Furnitures and appliances were dated, beds/mattresses had squeaking sounds. Overall ok lah for short stay. Not the most comfy but bearable. Might come back again as the location is convenient for us.

Room cleanliness still ok acceptable. Location convenient to paradigm mall shopping. Bed mattress comfortable. Water and coffee mix prepare well. Only unhappy things is feeling hot in the room, air cond not enough cold.

I was stay in this hotel for 1 night the room was quiet good and the location is great. -ms jesvin is friendly and helpful - Fast check-in process - the way she welcome us is very humble and we are happy with the staff even the room is not too big but we was happy with your service standard and we will definitely be back next time thank you

We arrived early, about 12noon and wanted to check in and rest after a 7-8hrs straight drive down from Ipoh. Gladly Mr.Lim whom was mannering the check in counter. He took the initiative to check the hotel system to see if there is a spare room for me, which happily there is. Mr.Lim swiftly does the check in process and I am in the room laying down and resting well within 5 minutes. Thank you Mr.Lim :)

Air cond at living room was defective. Unbearable during these few days when weather was so hot. Ended up we had to check out earlier to soak ourselves in air cond malls. Heater at common bathroom was also not functioning properly. Water was still hot even though the dial of instant heater was set to “off”. We had to turn on both shower heads/taps to mix the hot and cold water ourselves. No hand soap was provided even though Covid taught us to be mindful of hygiene
