Easy check in with trip.com booking confirmation. Reasonable size room. Simple amenities provided in room and toilet. Basic breakfast provided outside hotel near the swimming pool.

Check in and out is convenient. Location is good if you drive. Basic tea coffee and sugar provided. Toilet amenities include showers gel, shampoo and toothbrush set. Simple breakfast provided near the swimming pool outside the hotel. Room is a good size and clean. There is noisy sound in the toilet though. It goes off if I turn off the lights.

We were somewhat disappointed to hear when we arrived (after getting stuck in traffic for hours from Singapore) that the hot spring spa only operated from 4pm to 10pm (maintenance issues? Previous operating time of 8am to 9pm made more sense). We arrived at 9:45pm and were informed the latest free checkout was 12pm, so there was no chance of using the spa at all. Also, although our booking stated that there was breakfast for 2 guests and 3yo ate free, the hotel tried to charge us for an additional adult saying that the 2 free pax were for 1 adult and 1 child. Lastly, the tiles near the breakfast and pool area were so slippery, my 3yo slipped and got hurt in the fall. Room was nice and clean, but all the other things weren’t great!

The hotel’s cleanliness could be improved, with worn towels and bed linens. The location is somewhat remote, but overall, the experience is still satisfactory.

Breakfast included in my bookings, food provided very limited, for egg lover u can get all kind of egg, half boil egg, sunny side, fried egg , hard boiled egg, scrambled egg.

Over all stay experience was good. It’s just the building itself look old but the room was still maintaining in good condition.

The lobby was so impressive big and cozy.. The receptionist name Zahid was super cute and nice. Check in super easy. The hallway to the room was nice. The room and toilet was clean. The room alao very spacious. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast selection was average. Really recommended 👍👍

Budget travel , simple hotel bfast , offers hotel spring soa inside the hotel( 4pm to 6pm. Swimming pool is big with kid pool as long. BREADFAST is by the pool with greenery nature One of the choice for budge travel , though abit far from KSL mall , city square 9.8kkm away & abo9ut 20mins cab ride There a mini marr in rhw hotel.

Stayed for 10days, but never cleaned the tissue cover. Seems this is not the SOP of the hotel.

Services: 4/5 The buffet offered a decent variety and quantity, including three types of fruit: guava, orange, and watermelon. However, there wasn’t much staff around, with only front desk and buffet staff present. We helped ourselves to towels before going to the spa, and umbrellas were also available. Amenities: 5/5 I loved the spa; it felt unique compared to other hotels. Though it looks a bit old, unlike reviews I’ve read online claiming the hot spring was cold, there was indeed a hot spring available. There is actually one hot spring and two cold ones, and with separate areas for men and women, we felt safe. Cleanliness: 3/5 This was the downside of our stay. While the room appeared neat and tidy at first, the floor was dusty, with dust collecting in the corners around the room. The mirrors were also stained. Location: 3/5 The hotel isn’t close to any establishments, so we needed to use Grab to get anywhere. Overall, it was a good experience, and we might still return if we’re in the mood for a relaxing hot spring visit.

Hot Spring is opened 4-8pm daily. The room is clean and well facilitated. Easy to check in and express check out is available by dropping the hotel key into the box. Will stay again next time!

The room was clean and spacious. Front desk staff was nice also. We enjoyed the stay here and the hot spring facilities.
