Apartment Number: #2508
Entrance to the residences is at south entrance of paradigm mall, ug level. If you’re in the mall, find the car cafe, exit the mall and turn right. You’ll see the entrance to the residences. As it’s not a hotel, if you’re early, there is no space to store your luggage so do take note. There are luggage storage machines nearby though.
As can see for the photos, the view is great, unblocked view. There is a Lego wall to keep your little ones entertained. Tv is a smart tv so can log in to YouTube, Netflix etc…
Only slight irritating part is that you’ll need to lock the door for electricity to be turned on. Slightly inconvenient if not everyone is leaving the apartment to head out. Some one has to lock the door after you and open the door for you after that. Another issue is that there is only one access card. The access card is needed to enter the lift lobby and to press the lift floor. So that can be quite inconvenient if ppl have different schedules.
Towels are provided, as well as shampoo and body wash.

We were impressed with the place. My children really had a great time as the location is just above Paradigm Mall. We could go up to our apartment easily and it’s super convenient. The beds are comfortable. We slept well. Check in and check out is a smooth process, I should have known there’s a deposit needed during check in though.
I like it that they provide towels, soap and shampoo. Great for families.👍🏽👍🏽
Area of improvement:
1) Offer “halal-food” cutleries for Muslim family.
2) Provide towel racks for us to put wet towels.
3) More chairs for dining table (there were only 3 but we have a family of 6).
4) 2 access card would be helpful instead of 1.
5) TV need to be upgraded although there are a few subscription services which is very much appreciated.

Residence had a concierge with 3 duty staff, that made it stand out from other BnBs. Room was generally clean and bright, and the lobby was connected directly to Paradigm mall, which made it extremely convenient. Will be back!

This apartment is great with cozy style and feel modern too. We have 3bedrooms and living room w sofa , dining and kitchen too.
Aircon also work well , cool .
We may recommend this type of apartment when you come with more family members or come with more friends.
Shopping mall just link from ground floor where you can shopping,eating ,karaoke etc.
The only one thing we suggest is increase visibility for grab/taxi to go in to apartment lobby where most of them don’t know how to come .
