Stayed for two nights in July. Staff are friendly and welcoming. They changed our room without asking to a quieter room as there was going to be two events held over the weekend. The room had a great sea view, was quiet and very well equipped with a dish washer, washing machine , dryer , full kitchen including oven. Well stocked tea and coffee and other utensils you would expect. The room was a good size and spotlessly clean. Shower although small had good water pressure and ample hot water for the two of us. Sky TV was very limited unless you enjoyed sport. The main stream TV had good reception and was well positioned at the end of the bed. We dined in the restaurant for dinner and breakfast. The food was good but despite us being the only two people ordering at the time the time to get both meals was excessive to a point we thought maybe it was not going to arrive. We learnt just to chill out and go with the flow when staying at the Hotel as the pace down the coast is a lot slower and more laid back than we are use to. We recommend going to the RSA for a chips with everything meal, it is as cheap as chips and you will get to meet some amazingly friendly locals. If staying we would also recommend the 1st or second ( top floor ) not the ground floor for the best views and more privacy. A well stocked shop is on sight sell a number of grocery items , pies drinks and all sorts of yummy snacks. The Hotel is well positioned so you can drive and explore the coast or you can hang out on the small beach just below the hotel. Make sure you top up with fuel before arriving as there a no nearby service stations.
