Great hotel and helpful staff. I had spent 30 minutes at reception before coming to my room, sorting out the next dayโs trip, with the staff who was especially helpful. After that, I came upstairs, changed clothes, and was finally ready to rest. Shortly after, I was asked to come back down just to pay for and collect my laundry (express service to which I had to call and followup for). I was extremely tired and not feeling well, so I asked 3โ4 times if they could make an exception and bring it upstairs. They refused, saying itโs hotel policy that all payments must be made at reception, a ridiculous policy for a hotel of this standard. Ironically, the same night we ordered food to the room, and they brought a card machine upstairs and took payment on the spot. I had actually planned to rebook this hotel but I decided against it solely because of this inconvenient and inconsistent policy.

Very new hotel, the room can see the sea, very comfortable. The suite has a small living room, which is very convenient for dining and drinking tea. The front desk staff is also very friendly. Five-star recommendation!

Absolutely gorgeous!!!
As I have learned the owner of this beautiful hotel is an artist. She has designed the interiors, decorated with her own artwork and she is a wonderful poet as well. What a blessing to be so talented.
Very impressive. Definitely recommend to stay at the Gallery Art Hotel. Once you walk in you will understand where the name comes from.

The hotel is clean and the breakfast is average! It is located on the hillside. If you take a taxi, it is OK! If you take the subway, don't choose it, it is too hard... In addition to the inconvenience of transportation! Others are OK

First nights in Tbilisi and we stayed in this hotel as it is very convenient for coffee shops, supermarket and a scroll around the city. There was only 1 front desk staff available during our stay, so we were unable to ask for translation assistance for our taxi ride. However, we ended up renting a car and the hotel also provides an underground parking area for hotel guests which was great.

Breakfast could do better but other than that and the cleaning ladies need to be a bit quite when they are cleaning the rooms specially in the morning.They need to do some renovations as well.
Other than that all good. I requested to extend for two nights very last minute but they agreed without hesitation.
Rooms are cleaned well.
