I strogly recommend his hotel. Amazing hotel in all criterias as it can be. Very fresh, clean and comfy amenities, spectacular place in a heart of a city, but quiet enough. Amazing and extra helpful staff. Atention to costumer is maximum. They even remember what I eat or drink and each morning waiting you with that. I would say that this hotel changed my opinion that hotels are no longer trying for customers. the Philharmonic Tbilisi Hotel perfectly denied that opinion. I will definetely back to this hotel again.

I only have positive things to say about this hotel. I stay in 2-3 hotels a month. So I appreciate friendly and accommodating staff. The front desk staff that greeted me, Salome and Tamar, were great. They were friendly, nice, warm and positive the whole time I was waiting on my room to be prepared. They went above and beyond what was necessary. The room is simple, which I prefer. It didn’t have that leftover smokey feel that some of the hotels I’ve stayed in Tbilisi have had. You can order room service, but since you are near good restaurants, I’d recommend that instead to experience the local food. You are also a quick taxi to anything for really cheap.

We stayed here for two nights, me my husband and 13 year old daughter. We had a family room on the second floor. I booked this hotel due to its location, low price and good reviews. We have stayed in a couple of Ibis Budget hotels in France and Spain, this one here in Tbilisi is the best one we have stayed in. Excellent location near the metro, main shopping street and tourist sights. Friendly, efficient staff who speak perfect English. Our room had a double bed and two single beds that can be folded away into cupboards, it wasn’t large but fine if you intend to be out and about most of the time. Obviously this is a very basic hotel, no fridge or safe in the room, but the telly had some English channels and the shower in the bathroom was fine. The bed was firm but ok. The air conditioning and the WiFi work well. We didn’t eat breakfast at the hotel so can’t comment on whether it’s any good or not. There are several decent restaurants and bars close by (we especially liked the quirky little craft beer bar round the corner on the main street) and a Spar for groceries and a kiosk selling local pastries. This hotel represents fantastic value for money and we liked it here so much we have booked it again for later in our Georgia trip. Our favourite thing about this hotel is that although it’s very central, it is on a side street so it’s not noisy. Our previous accommodation was super loud, so coming here to a cool, dark, silent room was bliss. The best sleep ever! Thank you!

The room is very clean and quiet. The breakfast is the most delicious breakfast I have ever eaten. But what most touch me is that the hotel staff Giorgi Achoiani helped me a lot. I wanna go to Kazbegi. He told me how to get to the metro station. And when I arrived at this place. He told me how to move to the Dedube. Then I can take the mini bus and pay around 40 to my destination. Then he gave a metro station card to me. When I want to pay, he said it's free, you can get it. And he told me every Georgian is enthusiastic and warm. I'm touched. He's such a good man. Next time if I or my friend go to Georgia. I'll told them please find Brosse Garden. There are clean rooms, good servicea, delicious food and Giorgi Achoiani. If you need for help, you can ask for him.

One of the best hotels I’ve stayed at in Tbilisi. We booked the premium king room, nice and warm, cosy for the winter nights in December. Very friendly staff and a lovely place to stay. The rooms were super clean and room service was very fast. Highly recommend to all.

This renovated soviet fabric factory is a perfect place to relax in Tbilisi. With its industrial feel, there are relaxed open spaces with sofas and carpet and places to sit and chat or catch up on work. The rooms are super-clean and spacious and stylishly fitted out with comfy beds and excellent showers. And the young staff are happy to help sort out any problem. Outside, the courtyard is buzzing with cafes, bars and restaurants making it a great place to relax from the frenzy of the city.

I would like to thank the hotel staff, especially the woman at the reception (I forgot her name). They treated me not like a guest, but like a family member. So much help, sincere care. Thank you again! I rented the room for the night, but on my next trip I will definitely stay here. Location - 🔥 All attractions are within easy reach And what a terrace on the top floor of the hotel - view of Tbilisi + Georgian wine = great evening. Clean, spacious room (bath amenities, slippers ✅) Breakfast - boiled egg, sausages, bread, cheeses, tea, coffee, juices, vegetables, fruits - included in the price (room for 2000₽😲) I'm in a pleasant shock. I and my husband had a very nice stay in this hotel for about 5 nights. The breakfast was amazing, and the kitchen was serviced by great staff, especially Mariam and her colleague (sorry but I forgot his name) who greeted us every morning with a warm smile 😊… However, we had a small problem with the selected room upon arrival (supposed to be our standard room with a terrace). They checked us in in a very small room with a French balcony (which is basically just a window), and it was totally unacceptable for us. When we questioned the room selected for us, they showed us another room with a small balcony and facing the construction area in the back of the hotel. They advised that the superior room with a terrace and city view is occupied and we have to pay extra amount to have one with city view and a decent balcony instead. We had no option but to pay and stay! We are not sure who is playing the game of providing the wrong information about the hotel rooms here, the hotel’s staff or Agoda?! Perhaps both. Other than that, the stay was great. We were able to locate nearby groceries and restaurants to dine in for lunch or dinner (as the hotel provided only breakfast).

In fact, the hotel made a proper first impression. The entrance area looked very invited. But the joy was strongly in the limits when we visited the room and asked to get another room. It was with a mini window (46 cm wide x 27 cm high - photo) with view of a white wall of a building site at more than 26°C room temperature without contract air conditioning. In the hotel's internet presentation is described a ”view of the city” (photo) for our booked room. We have a different view of a city view. We only saw a stair. And we also looked forgettingly for the balcony. Now you could say there are not enough air conditioners in the hotel - far missing - on both sides of the building were many air conditioners visible (photo). In addition, only two rooms in this mini-window - all other rooms have normal and large windows - also have the rooms in the ground floor face to our room. We had to leave the room door open to the house stream to reach a little air circulation (photo). The other renter passed by, we had to buy. Is the view of the carpet climb the secured city view? Well hardly. Here we were misleadingly misleading. Normally we drink a cup of coffee as the first, which should be ready. Does the hotel Tato mean with ”cafe and tea accessories” (the water cooker is mentioned separately) with two cups with undercups and lime? Multiple speed measurements were not possible because the data transfer was too low. We reached a download rate of 0.11 Mbps and a upload of 0.41 Mbps (photo). So we made a second measurement for a few minutes, allowing a download rate of 0.16 Mbps and a upload of 4.36 Mbps. We used our own Sim card of the mobile provider to send at least some photos of the day to our home. When we saw the shower described, we were looking to bath. With this untreated hole in the bathtub (photo), the bathtub naturally fell out. The edge behind the bathtub also looked not invited. At this occasion we examined the other described performances, which is not actually our mind. Thus, ”extra-long beds (over 2 m)” are described. Good measured it was only 1,96 m - that is clearly not over two meters. We are not cm-fuckers - the data should be true, because just in large people this is not pleasant, when you hit up and hang your feet in the night in the air. You can't glory with performances that are not available

The hotel staff was very kind and nice! I asked the hotel staff if there was a microwave and they said it was in the bar so I could heat up some instant rice!
