We stayed here for two nights, me my husband and 13 year old daughter. We had a family room on the second floor. I booked this hotel due to its location, low price and good reviews. We have stayed in a couple of Ibis Budget hotels in France and Spain, this one here in Tbilisi is the best one we have stayed in. Excellent location near the metro, main shopping street and tourist sights. Friendly, efficient staff who speak perfect English. Our room had a double bed and two single beds that can be folded away into cupboards, it wasn’t large but fine if you intend to be out and about most of the time. Obviously this is a very basic hotel, no fridge or safe in the room, but the telly had some English channels and the shower in the bathroom was fine. The bed was firm but ok. The air conditioning and the WiFi work well. We didn’t eat breakfast at the hotel so can’t comment on whether it’s any good or not. There are several decent restaurants and bars close by (we especially liked the quirky little craft beer bar round the corner on the main street) and a Spar for groceries and a kiosk selling local pastries. This hotel represents fantastic value for money and we liked it here so much we have booked it again for later in our Georgia trip. Our favourite thing about this hotel is that although it’s very central, it is on a side street so it’s not noisy. Our previous accommodation was super loud, so coming here to a cool, dark, silent room was bliss. The best sleep ever! Thank you!

Recommended for sightseeing around Tbilisi as it has easy access to the subway, train and bus. There is also a shopping mall down the hill. I think it's a very good location because you can feel the atmosphere of Tbilisi with your whole body. By the way, you can also see the Tbilisi Television Broadcasting Tower and the Ferris wheel at Mtatsminda Park. ·Facility It varies depending on the room and options, but the one I stayed in was a room with a large bed, a refrigerator, and a unit bath, and the interior was beautiful. The homemade breakfast served at the bar was also delicious. You can also have dinner if you order. There is also a covered sofa on the terrace, so it's perfect for relaxing. ·summary I spent 12 days touring Armenia and Georgia and stayed in several hotels, but this was the best. Considering the price range, the cost performance is also quite good. Also, the owner was a very kind and nice person. However, this seems to be a hidden gem for Japanese people. Please use this service not only in Tbilisi but also when sightseeing in Mtskheta, Kazbegi, Gori, etc. using Tbilisi as your base.

An excellent hotel located in the center near the Dynamo stadium and the train station. Next to the hotel there is a lot of transportation to the old city and many places in Tbilisi. In 10 minutes in Harot Square. The hotel itself is new, impressive in its design, very clean, maintained to a high standard. His rooms are comfortable, equipped, very clean and quiet. This is in contrast to many hotels in Tbilisi which are actually residential buildings that have been converted into hotels. The hotel staff is kind, cordial, professional and gives personal attention to every guest. There is no doubt that the hotel staff is the main reason for it being an excellent hotel. The price of the hotel is very cheap in relation to the great value and in relation to the prices of similar hotels nearby. The price is less than half of the prices of less good hotels in the ancient area.

A typical business hotel, everything is good. The most noteworthy thing is that there is a free parking lot at the door and it is large enough. However, the hotel's harsh policy is that parking is free until the moment of check-out, instead of free parking for the rest of the day, which seems too **

Brand new and very clean. Comfortable beds. The room missed a few things like water bottles, vanity kits, etc. but they brought all of it after we asked. Possibility to check in early for 50% of the rate which is very useful when you arrive in the middle of the night. Slight issue with the bathroom if you take a shower, the water doesn't go down the drain right away so it starts leaking outside.

First nights in Tbilisi and we stayed in this hotel as it is very convenient for coffee shops, supermarket and a scroll around the city. There was only 1 front desk staff available during our stay, so we were unable to ask for translation assistance for our taxi ride. However, we ended up renting a car and the hotel also provides an underground parking area for hotel guests which was great.

I and my husband had a very nice stay in this hotel for about 5 nights. The breakfast was amazing, and the kitchen was serviced by great staff, especially Mariam and her colleague (sorry but I forgot his name) who greeted us every morning with a warm smile 😊… However, we had a small problem with the selected room upon arrival (supposed to be our standard room with a terrace). They checked us in in a very small room with a French balcony (which is basically just a window), and it was totally unacceptable for us. When we questioned the room selected for us, they showed us another room with a small balcony and facing the construction area in the back of the hotel. They advised that the superior room with a terrace and city view is occupied and we have to pay extra amount to have one with city view and a decent balcony instead. We had no option but to pay and stay! We are not sure who is playing the game of providing the wrong information about the hotel rooms here, the hotel’s staff or Agoda?! Perhaps both. Other than that, the stay was great. We were able to locate nearby groceries and restaurants to dine in for lunch or dinner (as the hotel provided only breakfast).

In fact, the hotel made a proper first impression. The entrance area looked very invited. But the joy was strongly in the limits when we visited the room and asked to get another room. It was with a mini window (46 cm wide x 27 cm high - photo) with view of a white wall of a building site at more than 26°C room temperature without contract air conditioning. In the hotel's internet presentation is described a ”view of the city” (photo) for our booked room. We have a different view of a city view. We only saw a stair. And we also looked forgettingly for the balcony. Now you could say there are not enough air conditioners in the hotel - far missing - on both sides of the building were many air conditioners visible (photo). In addition, only two rooms in this mini-window - all other rooms have normal and large windows - also have the rooms in the ground floor face to our room. We used our own Sim card of the mobile provider to send at least some photos of the day to our home. When we saw the shower described, we were looking to bath. I’m writing this review while I’m still at the hotel. This brand-new Garden Inn of the Hilton portfolio has blown me away! Right from the time of check-in, the experience has been nothing short of exceptional. Ana and Oto were at the check in desk at my later arrival and they completed check in formalities efficiently and smoothly while briefing me about the hotel and the things to do around. Both were so gracious and warm! In line with Hilton Diamond member benefits, I was offered an upgrade to an absolutely fantastic room on a higher floor, which had a balcony as large as the room. The views of the mountains, river, and the old city from the balcony are so mesmerizing! I would often run into Sophiya during my stay, who would always check on my well being and keep offering useful travel suggestions and tips! Breakfast offerings were limited yet wholesome and very enjoyable. Having some more variety would be a good touch. However, the food display and service at the restaurant was very good. Lastly, a special shout-out to Mariam at the front desk, who was again very helpful and warm and briefed me further on this brand new property. Thanks Mariam, for your help, and for being wonderful and offering a late check out! In my opinion, this Garden Inn property is way better than even some of the full-service Hilton properties I have stayed in! I’m super impressed and will definitely be staying here again!

The hotel staff was very kind and nice! I asked the hotel staff if there was a microwave and they said it was in the bar so I could heat up some instant rice!
