We stayed here for two nights, me my husband and 13 year old daughter. We had a family room on the second floor. I booked this hotel due to its location, low price and good reviews. We have stayed in a couple of Ibis Budget hotels in France and Spain, this one here in Tbilisi is the best one we have stayed in. Excellent location near the metro, main shopping street and tourist sights. Friendly, efficient staff who speak perfect English. Our room had a double bed and two single beds that can be folded away into cupboards, it wasn’t large but fine if you intend to be out and about most of the time. Obviously this is a very basic hotel, no fridge or safe in the room, but the telly had some English channels and the shower in the bathroom was fine. The bed was firm but ok. The air conditioning and the WiFi work well. We didn’t eat breakfast at the hotel so can’t comment on whether it’s any good or not. There are several decent restaurants and bars close by (we especially liked the quirky little craft beer bar round the corner on the main street) and a Spar for groceries and a kiosk selling local pastries. This hotel represents fantastic value for money and we liked it here so much we have booked it again for later in our Georgia trip. Our favourite thing about this hotel is that although it’s very central, it is on a side street so it’s not noisy. Our previous accommodation was super loud, so coming here to a cool, dark, silent room was bliss. The best sleep ever! Thank you!

First nights in Tbilisi and we stayed in this hotel as it is very convenient for coffee shops, supermarket and a scroll around the city. There was only 1 front desk staff available during our stay, so we were unable to ask for translation assistance for our taxi ride. However, we ended up renting a car and the hotel also provides an underground parking area for hotel guests which was great.

·price I think it's cheaper than other hotels near the station. ·place It is located behind Tbilisi station, a little up the hill. Recommended for sightseeing around Tbilisi as it has easy access to the subway, train and bus. There is also a shopping mall down the hill. The hotel is located on a hill, so the view from the hotel is very good, and I enjoyed the night view while having a drink on my way back from sightseeing during the day. I think it's a very good location because you can feel the atmosphere of Tbilisi with your whole body. By the way, you can also see the Tbilisi Television Broadcasting Tower and the Ferris wheel at Mtatsminda Park. ·Facility It varies depending on the room and options, but the one I stayed in was a room with a large bed, a refrigerator, and a unit bath, and the interior was beautiful. There is a chair with a nice view outside the door. ・Bar, terrace There is also a bar with a nice atmosphere, which is recommended for those who want to chat with other travelers. The homemade breakfast served at the bar was also delicious. You can also have dinner if you order. There is also a covered sofa on the terrace, so it's perfect for relaxing. ·summary I spent 12 days touring Armenia and Georgia and stayed in several hotels, but this was the best. Considering the price range, the cost performance is also quite good. Also, the owner was a very kind and nice person. However, this seems to be a hidden gem for Japanese people. Please use this service not only in Tbilisi but also when sightseeing in Mtskheta, Kazbegi, Gori, etc. using Tbilisi as your base.

Let me start with my stay, it was for 4nights and it started very well with Liza (receptionist) she was very helpful and respectful for visitors. She even helped us take our 2 rooms earlier because she saw our kids were tired from the travel. However, on the 17th morning. The receptionist named Ilia was very rude in his way of talking and attitude. He did not show any respect and was using his hand while talking asking me to come to his side of counter. It did not end here, he referred to another guest issue they faced one night before as it was me and my family which is not the case. The breakfast is very limited with options which made me from next day of stay to have it outside until we left. This is an example of a good hotel but with bad stuff attitude which impacts their rating. The rooms are very good from space wise and no of beds for a family stay. you should also know that the laundry service is very expensive compared to other 5 star hotels.

Не понравилось практически ничего. Завтраки, которые так расхваливали в отзывах, оказались просто никакими. Каждый день одно и то же: яйца, сэндвич с ломтиком докторской колбасы и ломтиком сыра, маленький йогурт ”Нежный”, мюсли, масло, чай/кофе, стакан непонятного, вроде бы яблочного сока, иногда бывали нарезанные помидоры/огурцы. Менялся только способ приготовления яиц (вареное, глазунья, омлет) и время подачи. В нашем номере неправильно работала душевая лейка, вода текла одним потоком как в водопаде, мы попросили поменять лейку, но никакой реакции не последовало. (Мы пошли сами купили новую лейку за 200 р на период своего пребывания, так что цена хорошего впечатления от сервиса - 200 р). У нас был двухэтажный номер, на втором этаже, как выяснилось, высота потолка примерно 160 см, не было холодильника и сейфа. На третий день такого отдыха мы попросили поменять номер на освободившийся улучшенный с доплатой. На что нам сказали, что сами ничего сделать не могут, мы должны отменить бронирование и забронировать новый номер. У нас было невозвратное бронирование, поэтому совет был так себе. В итоге походив вокруг кровати с поджатыми головами, посидев на одном единственном стуле мы плюнули и уехали в другой отель. При досрочном выезде нас спросили о причине, мы ответили, что не удовлетворены отелем, на что последовал вопрос по их это вине или у нас изменились планы, тут комментировать по-моему нечего. Ещё отмечу, что две маленькие бутылочки воды предоставляют только при заселении, чайные пакетики тоже если и кладут, то очень редко. Поэтому название отеля не соответствует действительности)) Из хорошего в отеле отмечу тишину, хорошую вентиляцию в ванной комнате, нормальную работу wifi.

One of the best hotels I’ve stayed at in Tbilisi. We booked the premium king room, nice and warm, cosy for the winter nights in December. Very friendly staff and a lovely place to stay. The rooms were super clean and room service was very fast. Highly recommend to all.

Hotel was really comfortable every thing was nice room abit small bat very clean and good. they dont have hard rules for check in and check out they are very helpful . evey thing was very very clean ... very close to city center..its inside citycenter) breakfast was good but could be better..its was not very tasty and also manager of restaurant is one fat woman who is very impolite but other workers are very very nice and good people. it was my secend time in tbilisi its very nice city very good people andbest place for relaxation. TRIP.COM before i go to this travel i choosed trip.com and i scared because some people said its scam i was scared about my payment but they are not... im happy to trust them.if u read the rules of this site u wouldnt loose ur money thank u for these prices and nice experience trip.com s team)

In fact, the hotel made a proper first impression. The entrance area looked very invited. But the joy was strongly in the limits when we visited the room and asked to get another room. It was with a mini window (46 cm wide x 27 cm high - photo) with view of a white wall of a building site at more than 26°C room temperature without contract air conditioning. In the hotel's internet presentation is described a ”view of the city” (photo) for our booked room. We have a different view of a city view. We only saw a stair. And we also looked forgettingly for the balcony. Now you could say there are not enough air conditioners in the hotel - far missing - on both sides of the building were many air conditioners visible (photo). In addition, only two rooms in this mini-window - all other rooms have normal and large windows - also have the rooms in the ground floor face to our room. I and my husband had a very nice stay in this hotel for about 5 nights. The breakfast was amazing, and the kitchen was serviced by great staff, especially Mariam and her colleague (sorry but I forgot his name) who greeted us every morning with a warm smile 😊… However, we had a small problem with the selected room upon arrival (supposed to be our standard room with a terrace). They checked us in in a very small room with a French balcony (which is basically just a window), and it was totally unacceptable for us. When we questioned the room selected for us, they showed us another room with a small balcony and facing the construction area in the back of the hotel. They advised that the superior room with a terrace and city view is occupied and we have to pay extra amount to have one with city view and a decent balcony instead. We had no option but to pay and stay! We are not sure who is playing the game of providing the wrong information about the hotel rooms here, the hotel’s staff or Agoda?! Perhaps both. Other than that, the stay was great. We were able to locate nearby groceries and restaurants to dine in for lunch or dinner (as the hotel provided only breakfast).

The hotel staff was very kind and nice! I asked the hotel staff if there was a microwave and they said it was in the bar so I could heat up some instant rice!
