Dirty and noisy. I really don’t understand where these ratings come from. Spent one day in a room on the 1st floor, noise from the hood, noise from devices in the courtyard, impact noise from the top floor, squealing from a child from the next room. Everything in the room is dirty: the curtains, the carpet, and the bedspread. Pros: friendly staff and the most delicious khachapuri for breakfast.

Stayed as couple in a suite June 2022, very good location close to Avlabari Metro, close to central of Tbilisi attractions,Manager Alexander makes your stay very comfortable with English speaking staff and decent breakfast. Easy access to all transportation options makes this place worth staying. Request please open a full pledge restaurant for dining.
