Margot Old Tbilisi

We hosted 100 + guest wedding at Margot Old Tbilisi and booked hotel for 40 + guests. rooms were comfortable and spacious, most facing river and mountain with patio and balcony. checkin in was seamless and comfortable, for in restaurants and for the whole reception was exeptionally good, priced very reasonably, excellent stay, great ambiance, would definitely stay there again.

The most beautiful view, clean and very cozy rooms. Restaurant with the small terrace is the best place to have breakfast, lunch or dinner. I recommend to choose the room with the mountain/river view. Hotel staff are very friendly and welcoming 🙏. New Year's decorations were on top, thank you for this experience!

I stayed at Margot Old Tbilisi during my solo trip in September, and it was absolutely perfect. From the moment I arrived, the friendly and attentive staff made me feel right at home. They were always ready to assist with recommendations and made navigating the city a breeze. The location was convenient for exploring, nestled in a charming part of town. Although there’s a slight uphill walk back from the city center, it was a pleasant way to soak in the views of the beautiful neighborhood. Main attractions were just a 15-20 minute stroll away, making it easy to explore on foot. My room was spotless and thoughtfully designed, blending modern comfort with a touch of local charm. The cozy atmosphere and high-quality amenities provided the perfect retreat after long days of sightseeing. The quiet ambiance of the hotel made it a peaceful escape in the bustling city, and I genuinely appreciated how well-maintained everything was. This hotel exceeded my expectations, and I highly recommend it to solo travelers looking for a balance of convenience, comfort, and top-tier hospitality. I can’t wait to return to Margot Old Tbilisi! 🌟

Very clean! Great staff. However our room was next to their patio of events and 2-3 whole day and night the noise was unbearable. Parking were taken. & Breakfasts was not the greatest and each they they were short on extension cords due to events using them all , everything was cold. Some days old bread & other days cold eggs. So over all staff were absolutely accommodating and sweet. I thought for $80 a night I could’ve done much better.

MISERABLE AND HORRIBLE HOTEL!!! I don’t recommend this hotel to nobody. First day: When we arrived in the morning nobody was at the front desk. Kat, the receptionist came later and checked us in. The room that we received had a blood stain on the comforter. We asked to be moved to another room. After having moved everything to the second room we noticed that there were NO SAFE! It was exhausting! When I asked Katy to bring a safe to the room she replied that they don’t have any. Second day: A lot of people were smoking by the pool. I positioned my lounge chair on the opposite side to not face the smoke. The waitress Tamaris asked me to put back the lounge chair back to its original position. Third day: The waitress Manouka asked me to pay for bottles of water that the front desk was providing for free daily. Fourth day: The pool was full and there were no spare lounge chairs. Some lounge chairs were also used by people that weren’t staying in the hotel. There were no place to sit. We asked Annie, the waitress, to help us find a spot but she didn’t try helping us. Before leaving the hotel: Right before getting in the taxi to go to the airport, Myriam, the front desk attendant, claimed that we did not pay for a whiskey and chocolate from the fridge that was in the room. This was an unacceptable accusation since we didn’t take anything from the fridge! All in all, I do not recommend this hotel at all. Not only the rooms are not clean but also the pool had lizards. The service is so poor and the staff doesn’t try helping at all.
