I highly recommend this hotel: convenient location (5 minutes walk to Avlabari metro station, bus stop for bus 337, which goes to the airport in about 40 minutes, 5 minutes walk to the old town, cable car to the fortress and Botanical Garden - 3 minutes, nearby stop of the 'red' sightseeing bus 24 hours).
I was given a room of the best category with a large balcony: with a view of the church, the old town and the fortress (in the main building).
I liked the breakfast, cleaning and change of towels every day. There is a kettle and a refrigerator.
The staff is very friendly and attentive, they will explain everything and answer all everyday questions, everyone speaks Russian.

I was traveling alone..so I looked for a relatively cheap hotel..even though it was a $34 room, it had a window and a view of the city, which was nice. The location was good, and the interior was cozy, so I really liked the room, so I stayed there for 2 nights in a row..I plan to stay at this hotel next time I come to Georgia.
