Liked everything! Very cozy rooms, everything you need - hair dryer, iron, bathroom accessories, the kitchen has various dishes, kettle, refrigerator. Ideal location, you can get everywhere on foot, there are many places to eat, shops, vegetable and fruit stalls around. Many thanks to Georgy for his hospitality and useful advice, we will recommend to friends and we ourselves plan to return 🤍

Because of an emergency we need to cancel the booking ,they didn’t refund us , not even one night, very poor customer service , i don’t recommend at all, and also impolite and rude,we had a very disappointed experience we never travel again to this country,

We booked 3 nights because a tour agency insisted on this hotel. So we booked, and in the border of georgia after being bullied by border officers, they rejected our entrance to Georgia although we had ALL THE DOCUMENTS NEEDED 😔 just becoz I could name 3 attractions in Tblisi and the officer said you didn’t name enough attractions 😨And BEFORE 2 o’clock which was entrance time to this hotel, we communicated with them and sent all the documents to tell them cancel our reservation. And unfortunately, this hotel did not refund us, they did not even refund 1night!!!! 😡 VERY UNSATISFACTORY. I don’t recommend this hotel at all 👎🏻

Old Tbilisi rooms 38 - this is about the atmosphere of old Tbilisi ☺️ The rooms overlook a common veranda in the courtyard of the house, where it is pleasant to spend time, or if you wish, you can have breakfast / lunch / dinner - there is a common refrigerator and kitchen utensils. The hotel is very conveniently located on a historical pedestrian street in a classical-style building. There are cafes, various shops nearby, the metro is within walking distance. Very clean, the room has a good modern renovation. Excellent value for money) A very nice place, which from the first day helps to immerse yourself in the atmosphere of Tbilisi, hospitable host and staff, who from the first day of stay help with all issues - the warmest, positive memories of staying at the hotel remained 😊
