Would strongly advise NOT going to this terrible hotel. We were kept waiting for almost 3 hours to then be told, via message as there's no staff on-site, that we would need to go to another hotel. Totally unprofessional and a complete waste of time. We only discovered afterwards this is a common problem at this place.

I booked this hotel for 3 days. few hours before I get there they message me that hotel has some problem. they send me photos of other hotel and offer me to stay there for same price. I asked them to send driver to pick me up from the airport. driver picked me up and we went to "new hotel" which was in dark street up at the hill in old building without reception. in was horrible. I pay to the driver and ask him to drive me to some other hotel which I booked in that moment. this was happening at 4.30 am. it was really crazy for me because I was first time in Georgia.

Otel odası çok temiz gelmedi bana. Yatağımız resmen çökmüştü. Oda değişikliği talep ettiğimizde bütün yataklarında böyle bir sorun olduğunu söylediler:) konumu güzel. Başka da olumlu yorum yapamayacağım. Fiyat performans açısından çok kötü
