This hotel is pretty pricey considering it's far away from places of tourist interest, 10 min walk to the subway through an unlit residential neighborhood full of abandoned houses and the breakfast is rather below average.

The best of the best view of the city!!! Location is great! The hotel is located in a very convenient place, on a hill next to the presidential palace. 10-15 min to the city by walking. Rooms are clean and spacious. Our room 405 - this room has a very large terrace. The view from the room and terrace was amazing!!! Staff are very helpful and friendly. Manager was kind and helpful! They helped us with our tour, with transportation and other needs, which made it easier for our stay in Georgia. Million thanks! 🙏😍🙏 The best bed, pillow and blanket! I fell in love with this bed, it was super comfortable! Very nice bar restaurant roof terrace with amazing views in all direction. Very good food and good service! Special thanks to the tall, curly-haired male waitress! All in all, it was a very good experience and we enjoyed our stay there. I would like to thanks everybody working there! 😍🙏😍 Few worries: We arrived at night and the room was very cold, there was +5 degrees (friends room +7 and +8). We slept with our clothes on, the first night was asleep. Next day it was fixed. Please more chairs and small table in the room, as well as carpet (the floor is cold). After shower all bathroom was wet. There was no sound proof between the rooms and corridor and we couldn't sleep due to sound coming from next rooms and corridor. Terrible and noisy neighbors, horrible noise and running. They came to our terrace repeatedly and there was no privacy! Poor breakfast, limited and bad options. Better eat outside or top floor restaurant. Overall good experience! Thanks! 🙏🤩

Ну что сказать, друзья, ожидания мои были от отеля намного выше, но видимо после пандемии сервис крепко упал и начать свой День Рождения пришлось с заселения в маленький, темный, холодный и грязный номер на 4-м этаже. В ванне были волосы, много волос, но были две баночки одна с шампунем и вторая тоже почему-то с шампунем. Спустился на ресепшн, взял администратора, она взяла кого-то из Рум-Сервиса и мы пошли как "ревизорро" проводить инспекцию. В общем они были сами в шоке что наш номер грязный и тут же нам сделали замену на просторный номер на 3-м этаже с балконом, за что им большое спасибо. Позже нам в номер принесли два бокала вина и большую тарелку с фруктами, орехами и чурчхеллой, чем окончательно растопили наши сердца, но как оказалось не надолго. Рум-сервис продолжил косячить, с уборкой полная беда, полотенца пока не попросишь не меняли и качество уборки оставляло желать лучшего. В первую ночь пробовали прогреть комнату кондиционером, получилось, но спать в таком шуме сложно, проснулись с заложенным носом и горлом, потому что с балкона конкретно дует. Ко всем неудобствам утром добавилось полное отсутствие шумоизоляции, такое ощущение что весь отель спит в одной большой комнате, так что про качество сна можно забыть. В общем мы привыкли получать удовольствие от отдыха и пытались всячески много времени проводить вне отеля, но как-то вечером мы решили поужинать на 5 этаже отеля и полюбоваться панорамным видом Тбилиси, все было хорошо, но через минут 30 началось конкретное отравление, ночь была веселой, что пришлось доставать серьезные препараты, так что еще минус звезда отелю. Завтраки в отеле скудные и крайне не съедобные, что было тоже очень обидно. Выбор конечно за Вами, но я для себя выводы сделал и зная гостеприимную Грузию с другой стороны, хочу сказать что здесь кроме девушек администраторов некого выделить, за что им спасибо.
