This is the biggest surprise. Although it is also a small room, it is very new. It is a fashionable and young business hotel. Everything is very safe and everything is very new. It would be better if there was a bigger room suitable for a family of three.

The location is OK. It's very close to the station to Yerevan. Just go downstairs. The hotel includes breakfast, which is quite rich. The front desk staff are enthusiastic and speak good English. Overall, I am very satisfied.

We stayed in this hotel for four nights in three separate trips out of a total of ten nights. The location is ideal for me. You can walk to the Holy Trinity Cathedral and many other attractions in the city. There is a direct bus from the airport. We chose to take a taxi. It was late at night when we came on the first day and it cost 21 gel. It was 16 gel when we left in the evening on the last day. It costs 11GEL to get to Stonehenge, which is 10 km away, and other places are even closer. If you want to take public transportation, there is a subway station right in front of the hotel. There are also many buses. The most convenient thing is that if you want to go to Yerevan, you can take a minibus at the door of the hotel, which costs 50gel and has 7 seats, which is very comfortable. You can choose a flight that leaves early in the morning and returns late in the evening, which saves time by not having to rush. If you want to sign up for a one-day tour to Kazbek, there are many travel agencies to choose from within a one-kilometer walk from the hotel. The hotel itself is the familiar standard Holiday Inn Express style, and it’s reassuring to come across a familiar hotel brand in a foreign country. The room has everything you need and the facilities are quite new, except for slippers and toothbrushes. Remember to ask the front desk for them when you check in. The rooms have two directions: facing outwards and facing inwards. Personally, I prefer the one facing inwards, which is quieter. If you have any requirements in this regard, you can also mention it when you check in. This time, because I was staying in Kazbekistan for two nights during my trip, I asked the hotel if they could help look after a large suitcase. The hotel initially said that they don't usually do this and asked me to ask again on the morning of departure. In the end, they helped to take care of it. Thank you very much! The staff at the hotel front desk all speak good English and are very nice. The overall cost performance is very high. I will choose this hotel again if I come to Tbilisi next time.

The location is amazing. There is a direct bus to the airport, and the bus and subway are almost at the doorstep to the tourist attractions. The front desk was very welcoming and the room was relatively clean. The only problem is that the cleaning is not careful enough and I often forget to refill the water.

I chose this hotel again when I returned to Tbilisi, Georgia from Armenia. Although I didn't find the conversion plug and pillowcase I left in the hotel before. But the front desk Luka I met this time was very nice and enthusiastic. I asked if I could delay the check-out for 2 hours, and she agreed very readily. Luka is much better than the female front desk who stayed before. Thank you.
