Nice simple hotel, neat, new. Although on the other side from the old city and center, it is very easy and quick to get there. Plus it's not noisy or crowded. But not so beautiful.
Breakfast was ordinary, we didn't leave hungry.
They are removed every other time. Once they came after “cleaning”, and they only threw out the garbage, put on the water, but signed for the laundry and didn’t take it away, the floors were dirty, they didn’t clean the bathroom either, the bed wasn’t changed (in general, they rarely changed it in 10 days). Dust on the TV and upper shelves. The soap ran out and was not refilled. In general, the maids are not very good.
All other staff are friendly and helpful. I especially liked Luka at the reception! Speaks Russian well, always smiles and will always help.
