Şehre çok uzak bir otel. Kötü kokan ve banyosunda 3 tane böcek öldürdüğüm bir oda. Oda değiştirmeyi rica ettim, yâda rezervasyon iptali. Personel ve yöneticisi hiç ilgilenmediler. Thank you very much to the staff, the girls at the reception are responsive, attentive and very positive. They responded to any request right away. Also in the cafe, she cooked and cleaned breakfast, a wonderful woman. Thank you very much. The staff is 5+. The rooms are clean, cozy, what made me especially happy was the good mattress (with my sore lower back, I really appreciated it), everything is available: soap accessories, hair dryer, tea, sugar ... The only minus is 100% audibility. Especially in our corner room, next to the elevator. When checking in, they did not pay attention, threw down our suitcases and went for a walk right away. Even with the doors to the balcony closed, you can hear what the staff downstairs near the elevator and the residents in the hallway are talking about. It is better to take a room with a balcony on the street side. Breakfasts are standard: omelette, fried eggs, sausages, oatmeal, bread fried in egg, mashed potatoes, cheese, sausage....... True, the coffee is only instant. We went to dinner in a two-story restaurant, literally a couple of houses away. (the name in red letters in Georgian). We liked it, all three days that we came, there was live music.

Good stay with good breakfast Liked · They upgraded my solo room to a family room of three since it was only available. The breakfast was the highlight for me. Had plenty of vegetarian options. Wifi was really good. Bus services were at a walkable distance. Disliked · Staff were not helpful like expected. For a tourist, they only ask to check details in Google. The power sockets they gave me were so loose that I had to hold them every time I charge my mobile. Don’t expect a hotel look from the outside. My room was good and neat. However, the towels were stained and not replaced during room service. They gave only 1 water bottle per day which was surprising. I come from a country that drinks a good amount of water. And they only give us water when we ask them. They improve on the customer service. Also, it was quite far from the city.

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Cheated, robbed, and even rude. It's like you guys think no one will know what you did to me. I will tell the truth about your hotel everywhere. Checks are not issued, apparently they are fleeing taxes. I will attach a photo so that you can see what cleaning is in their opinion. I had to urgently leave because it was no longer safe to stay in this place. I not only do not recommend, but I think that they should be closed.
