There are ants living in the trouble

Getting into the hotel is a whole story, there are no signs anywhere, you walk around looking for America like Columbus. The air conditioning system is shared by all the rooms. If one guest sets it to heat, then you can’t set it to cold in your room. No one cleaned the balcony for 3 days. They changed our towels for 3 days, and then we had to wait 3 hours, and then run after them to change them. In the end, the cleaning lady came looking like she was forced to work. I didn’t like anything. Terrible hotel. Dirty, doesn’t match the description. The staff is terrible, unfriendly. The reception is always empty, terrible WiFi, the jacuzzi in the room didn’t work, the balcony is dirty, no dishes. There was a stove, but no dishes to cook. You have to run after the staff to get what you paid for anyway. The room is empty, there are no dishes, no iron, no ironing supplies, no clothes dryer, there wasn’t even a do not disturb sign. In general, everything that was indicated in the room was not there. The curtains are full of holes, when going out onto the balcony we tripped over them constantly, several times we almost fell. Water from the air conditioner flows directly onto the balcony, so the balcony is always wet. On which you can slip and just fall over the railings to the bottom. And the floor is 8. We booked the hotel from May 30 to June 9. After 4 days we simply ran away from there. Naturally, the staff refused to return the difference in price in a very rude manner.
