Great location/room, more of an air b&b than hotel
Great location, really nice room. Primarily a theatre rather than a hotel so not the usual service in terms of being able to approach a front desk for help/advice/room to be cleaned etc. The room itself was excellent. But probably wouldn't recommend for travellers from the EU/UK given current restrictions on us using Yandex etc, not being able to have hotel assistance booking taxi's etc had a big impact on our experience of Georgia.

This hotel is located in the center, incorporated into a theater building. It is very particular and picturesque. The rooms are medium in size, very clean and fairly soundproofed. Strategic position for visiting the city. It does not have breakfast service.

Like the hotel, everything was on top! If you want to be in a centre of the city, this is the best location, it’s near to the Liberty Square, metropolitan, Galleria mall, where you can find anything you need. Also staff was very kind and friendly. Room was not small, it was comfortable and clean. Definitely recommend to choose this hotel!))

The only plus of the hotel is its location. But many hotels in this wonderful city can boast of such advantages. Not a single photo shows the actual length of the stairs that you need to climb to get to the hotel (approximately 4-5 floors). The rooms are spacious, but the furniture is mega modest, the plumbing is holding up, as they say. , “on the snot” While relaxing, you can hear the rehearsal of the play (the first time, I thought that someone was being killed in the next room, I wanted to call the police) They cleaned our room once a week and only after we asked ourselves The girls at the reception are very friendly, polite, they will help if necessary. In general, all other things being equal, look for another hotel in Tbilisi

The hotel is located in the heart of Tbilisi, steps away from Freedom Square, in the same building, Galleria Mall and Freedom Metro Station..... The problem with the hotel is that the car does not reach the door, which means you have to take your bags. What distinguishes the hotel most is its location between the new and old area.
