Отель в целом неплохой, но вот слышимость хромает. Слышно абсолютно всех соседей. И даже слышно, как скрипят доски в коридоре, когда кто-то ходит.

Замечательный небольшой отель в самом центре города. В историческом здании, бережно переделанном вы отель. Стильный, комфортный. Очень доброжелательный персонал, сытные завтраки. Очень рекомендую Very good small hotel in the center of the City. Highly recommended

Отель просто ужасен. Начиная с лобби, которого нет, заканчивая всем остальным. Номер не убирали, пока мы уже на ресепшене не сказали, на третий день, чтобы его наконец убрали, Женщина убирающая номер, пришла, положила полотенца на кровать, поверх полотенец туалетную бумагу, номер не убрала, даже не застелила постели, когда мы уже потребовали убрать его, она просто поверх вещей, которые лежали на постели, постелила одеяла, это и была уборка, Номер предоставили не тот, который мы бронировали и за который мы заплатили. Ужасная слышимость в отеле, полы безумно скрипят в коридорах, от этого звука постоянно просыпались, Женщина, убирающая номера, она же и готовила завтрак невоспитанная и очень грубая. Хамила и грубила безобразно. На завтраке, если что-то заканчивалось, пока не скажешь принесите, не приносили, Обслуживание ужасное. В Тбилиси мы уже раз 10й, очень любим этот город, и побывали во многих отелях, в этот отель мы не вернемся никогда. Никому не советую там оставаться.

The location of the hotel is in a quiet neighbourhood, far from the center. The staff were welcoming and friendly. They have a 24 hr reception,so it's fine if you check in late. The breakfast was tasty and rich. The photos of the ads resembled the room we got. Unfortunately, it has no elevator, so it's hectic if you have several bags.

On the plus side, the staff are very helpful and nice and the conditioner is working in this heat. But, there is a massive but... The lux room was/is awful. There are ants running around, the electrical sockets are a massive fire hazard, as well as, when we got back to our room after few hours, the room was supposed to be "cleaned" from the ants, but they are still there and we had dirt on our stuff. We still have to pay full price and they are not changing our rooms. 🤦♀️

H’Otello is a friendly and lovely Hotel just where you would want to be during tour stay in Tbilisi. The staff is friendly, helpful and fluent in english. Breakfast is plentiful, tasty and has a homemade touch to it. Sitting just in between Rustaveli and the old town, the Hotel places you within walking distance of most sights in Tbilisi. The hotel is clean and has beautiful rooms.
