Отличный отель! Местоположение - его главный козырь. За полминуты от входа вы доходите в самый центр Тбилиси - на площадь независимости. Великолепный сервис сотрудников. Отличная отделка всех помещений на высоком международном уровне. Есть маленькая, но в целом доступная стоянка. Ответственные за нее помогают приткнуться, даже если парковочных мест нет.

首先説優點，第一，酒店緊鄰自由廣場，在一個樓後面，鬧中取靜，聽不到街上噪音。第二，前台友好，英語流利，可以回答你的任何問題。第三，辦理入住快，免查房，公共區域大，酒店設施比較新。缺點，第一，我訂的一卧室公寓，我的房型前台説給我升了個級，現在變成複式，不過反而要因此上下樓梯，實際利用率不高，且不方便。卧室上廁所要下到一層客廳。第二，一層卧室為半地下，二層卧室位於一層，兩層的窗外均無任何風景可言，外面是個停車場，全天無法拉開窗簾，比較抑鬱，一個人住這個房子意義不大。旅行看人看景，不如自由廣場臨街酒店性價比高。第三，房間無洗衣機。洗衣機位於公用區域，一天收費20拉里價格過高，早餐好像是25拉里也不便宜。第四，飲用水衹有第一天提供，後面不論住幾天均收費提供。第五，打掃衞生非常簡單就是換換垃圾袋。床鋪不收拾，地面不掃除。第六，窗大概是兩個單人床拼的，床墊不舒服，過軟。我喜歡一個大的完整的比較硬有彈性的床墊。第七，房型設立不太合理，房子總總體面積不小，衞生間小的可憐，一個淋浴房，一個小馬桶，在衞生間裏轉個身都比較困難。衞生間有一半還在樓下下面有個斜坡，高度很低。總之，優點是服務友善，缺點也特別明顯。房型和樓層可能是最大的敗筆。

The front desk told me that there were only two bottles of water every morning, no extra! The housekeeping department didn't give it to me every day so I went to the front desk to ask for it. One day I really didn't have time to go to the supermarket! I asked the front desk, and the front desk said that the water was given every day by the room cleaning! I said we didn't have any for three days and they didn't give me any. They asked me to go to the front desk! I was too lazy to come. We would buy it if we cooked ourselves! …………… Very double standard! As a result, I unplugged the phone line because of the baby. The child wanted to play with the phone every day. Finally, when I checked out, the room cleaner knocked on the door and spoke fluent English 🙄 Let's talk about the bedding. I had a stiff neck after sleeping for four nights! It was uncomfortable and similar to domestic express hotels (not as good as that) Plus points Convenient location, there is a big shopping mall next to it (with Carrefour inside), convenient for buying specialties and going to various scenic spots! Don't expect their attitude towards Chinese people, don't expect the comfort of the bed, don't expect their bathroom... you will be very happy Finally... I don't recommend everyone to come here, the consumption is very high! Welcome to Dubai/Turkey/Serbia... It's better than this! I was cheated when taking a taxi, and the price of chartering a car was raised! When I went to the restaurant to eat, I didn't change the plate in time~ Double standard! Double standard! The hotel is in a great location, near Freedom Square and close to the subway station and buses. The hotel is in a quiet location, the room is spacious and the stay is very comfortable. The itinerary changed the next night, so we asked Ctrip to help us cancel the order (the cancellation deadline had passed when the order was booked).
