Me and my partner stayed for one night and absolutely loved everything. The room was genuinely cool (no other word to describe it). The hotel itself is amazing and the location is excellent as well.

Erkek arkadaşımın doğum günü için 2 günlük tatilimizde tercih etmiştik, odaların ve otelin tasarımına diyecek yok fotoğraflarda göründüğünden daha keyifli bir ortam. Otel çalışanları çok ilgili ve kibarlar, mailimde doğum günü sürprizi olduğunu yazmıştım odamıza minik bir pasta ve tatlı bir not göndermişlerdi. Havalimanından transfer tercih etmiştik o da güzel ve havalıydı :)) konum itibariyle şehrin çoğu yerine yakın ve ulaşım kolay. Tatilinizi daha özel kılmak için kesinlikle görmeniz gereken yerlerden

Wonderful stay, as always. Perfect hotel - lovely people, great bed, shower and hairdryer. New design flourishes every time we visit, plus lots of lovely little coffee shops and eateries in the area. An excellent minibreak.

Украли деньги из номера!!! На ресепшене сказали сегодня служба безопасности не работает и разбираться они будут завтра. Зачем мне завтра, если мой вылет уже сегодня?? Разумеется они ничего не решат, не найдут вора и ВООБЩЕ этим заниматься не станут Ужасно

В комнатах Я отдыхала в августе, было довольно холодно в комнате и трудности с горячей водой в душе. Отель хорош, если вы хотите сделать красивые фото в золотой ванне и побыть в антуражном месте, но более, чем на 1 день я все же не советую бронировать номер. Завтрак довольно скуден, нет простых вареных яиц в меню, нет шведского стола. Официанты вежливые и очень опрятные. Что касается политики руководства, то она странная, возможно, это только по отношению к славянам. 19 декабря 2024 У меня пропало пальто из зоны coworking, пришлось вызывать милицию, милиция нашла виновницу, стамба пальто вернули спустя 16часов🤦♀️, но та же Стамба не дала мне ни имени , ни контакта человека, взявшего мое пальто (также мне отказали в компенсации затрат на химчистку и вынужденных затрат на такси). Я просила встречу с дирекцией , мне ответили, что директор встретится со мной, если посчитает нужным … Все это в сумме вызывает нежелание приходить.

Super cool concept and rooms are so unique and interesting. However the service needs work. Individual staff were very helpful and switched on while the rest seemed clueless, especially in the dining room for breakfast which was the worst service I’ve ever experienced. Zero systems in place and nobody in charge. The hotel should not rely on its cool vibe only but should have staff who can provide the services expected. Again a few did but only about two. The rest were just not interested. And no VIP extras were offered let alone provided.
