My stay at the Hotel Imperial House in Georgia left much to be desired. While I appreciated the helpfulness of the information desk staff who assisted me with a currency converter – that was a genuine plus – the rest of the experience was unfortunately subpar.
For two travelers, the complete absence of room service during our entire stay was a significant letdown and certainly not what one expects from a hotel. To add to this, my request to have the bed split into two single beds prior to our arrival was completely ignored. This oversight impacted our comfort and overall experience.
While the location might have its merits, the lack of essential services and unfulfilled requests make it difficult to recommend the Hotel Imperial House. I hope they take these points into consideration for future guests.

The location is very good and the environment is clean. The only thing I am not satisfied with is that I bought a package with breakfast, but when I arrived I was told that there was no breakfast available and I was not given a refund for breakfast. I was very unhappy.

I booked a standard double room for two nights, but the store said the room was full and gave me a single room. I asked to change rooms the next day, but the store owner said I had to wait... I came to your country to travel, not to pack my luggage and wait for a room, especially when there are so many empty rooms.
I don't want to stay with a dishonest and dodgy business and then check out two days later and move to another hotel.
Other information: The location of this hotel is difficult to find. Although it is relatively quiet in the ancient city, the sound insulation is actually very poor. The noise comes from the neighbors above and below you. Not to mention other hardware, it is worse than a farmhouse.
