This is one of the better hotels I have stayed in in Tbilisi, the rooms are clean, the facilities are well equipped, and the favorite is the coffee machine! The customer service came to clean it every day. The reception staff Archil and Tamer, worked very warmly, recommended many interesting places for me, and also upgraded me to a room with a better view for free

Very good hotel overall but have some comments regarding the curtain size 5 cm short and don’t create enough dark room . I have a lost item in my room that couldn’t be found . But the staff is friendly and the hotel is clean

Good hotel for short trip Breakfast normal but not great..

Really nice recently refurbished hotel. Located in a good location for restaurants local and international,bars shops. Excellent friendly staff. Red park very close by. Also close by is turtle lake with boating, restaurants bars, ice cream, on the other side of valley is lisi beach which is another lake with similar attractions.

Overall, my stay in this hotel was satisfactory. The front desk staff had a good service attitude and the check-in process was relatively quick. The cleanliness and comfort of the room met my expectations, but there is still room for improvement in some details, such as some of the facilities in the room may be a little old. The location of the hotel is quite convenient, with some dining and shopping options around, but it is a little far from the city center. The breakfast variety is quite rich, but the taste and service level need to be improved. Overall, I am generally satisfied with this stay, but there are some areas for improvement.

It's my first time in Tbilisi. I chose the familiar Mercure. The hotel is very comfortable and convenient to go anywhere. Tbilisi taxis are not expensive. It takes less than 30 ¥ from the hotel to the mall.

Hotel Watch is a bit far from the old town, but has good accessibility to nearby terminals and central stations.

The room is very spacious, has windows, and is very clean. It is very close to the subway station and is convenient for travel.

Excellent hotel, clean, all in room working as expected,super customer servic, especially on reception Ana and Annya (Not sure if I catched her name correctly). Definitely will choose again and recommend to my colleagues when planning their visit

The hotel is modern with a touch of authenticity , the room is beautiful and amenities were environment friendly. The hotel located to a nearby market. Special thanks to Tamar from reception with her friendly face and smile to a heartist colleague.

I stayed at this hotel for about two weeks and really enjoyed it: it's a good budget city hotel. The service is a strong point, especially the front desk staff—a special shout-out to Ani, Ana, and Mariam. I don't usually call out people by name, but I can genuinely say they're doing an excellent job. Even though I was just a classic member at check-in, they acknowledged my loyalty, which was appreciated, and gave me a high-floor room upgrade — totally unexpected but really nice of them. The only caveat is that the hotel isn't central, which can be a downside depending on where you want to be in the city. It's about an 8-minute taxi ride (8-10 GEL via Bolt) from the historical center. There's a metro station next door, but it's not within walking distance to the sights or restaurants. For me, this wasn't a problem as I was aware of the location, but judging by reviews on other platforms, some people are caught off guard by this. That said, the value for money, in my opinion, isn't great. This is in line with other hotels in Tbilisi I've stayed at — they're all good, but a bit overpriced for what they offer. That said, this hotel is perhaps the best value you can find from a big chain in the city. Accor hotels in Tbilisi probably have the most honest pricing right now and offer good or even great service. So, in the end, I'd still highly recommend it.
