Hotel Reverence

Hotel Reverence. Tbilisi. Georgia Never book a room at this hotel!! Booked a room from July 7 to July 16, 2019. Paid for 9 nights at once + for the transfer. Due to the known events, our flight was cancelled. Due to the flight cancellation, we were forced to cancel our hotel reservation 2 weeks before arrival. We made a cancellation request. The reservation was cancelled and the penalty amount was indicated. I contacted the hotel with a question about when our money would be returned minus the penalty amount. At first, they did not respond to the letter, then after contacting us again, they sent a letter that our reservation was still valid and we were expected at the hotel. When I began to explain that we would not be able to come due to the cancellation of our flight, they began to say that we could come earlier or later, that Georgia was calm and nothing threatened us. The hotel administrator tried in every way to persuade us to come. When I categorically demanded a refund, the administrator of Hotel Reverence began to claim that they should not return anything to us at all. Although when booking it was clearly stated that if the booking is cancelled, the cost is partially refunded. In the end, it was announced that the response from the hotel would be by the evening of June 23rd. We never received a response from the hotel. The money was not returned, not even for the transfer. There was no response to all subsequent letters. Hotel Reverence simply stopped responding. If you want to save your money, never book at Hotel Reverence. Tbilisi. Georgia
