Отличное местоположение. До основных достопримечательностей старого Тбилиси от 10 до 20 минут пешком. Если хотите испытать впечатления от проживания в тихом аутентичном райончике Тбилиси, то вам сюда. Имейте в виду, по соседству расположены старые покосившиеся или полуразрушенные жилые дома, где до сих пор проживают местные. Место тихое, спокойное.Кровать и подушки достаточно удобны, особых проблем не было. Отличный вид с крыши отеля. Удивительно, что в центре города может быть так спокойно и тихо. До станции метро Авлабари - 5-7 минут пешком. Неподалёку есть продуктовые магазины, фруктово-овощные развалы, много кафешек. Хозяин гостеприимный, вежливый, старается, чтобы гостям было удобно. Мы брали номер с завтраком. Завтрак незатейливый, но сытный. Свежие абрикосы, домашний сыр, творог, сметана. Мы остались довольны.

The hotel rooms are average. I was not given a balcony room. I was given a slightly larger room on the first night. The room was very small for the next two days. There is no elevator in the hotel.
It takes about 20 minutes to walk to the attractions. It is okay to take a taxi for 6-7 lari.
