我分開訂單作了3晚預訂，我說明我房型不同進行溝通時，前台表示第1-2晚我不用換房間，第3晚入住時才更換房間。第二天下午4點我回酒店後，前台告訴我把我房間所有的東西都搬到另一個房間，因為我第二晚預訂的房型不同，包括私人貼身內衣、私人床單枕套、私人牙刷、毛巾等（換房路徑需要穿過整個大堂區域並換乘電梯）。進入新房間發現我裝頸枕的袋子放在地上，內衣褲貼着廁所牆身掛著，床單枕套直接放在沙發上而不是床上。我非常介意我所有的東西都被弄髒了。
第2晚房型給了位於酒吧餐廳上面的房間，10點鐘後音樂聲還動次動次地響，睡不著的我躺在床上打開床頭燈，看見一隻白色的蜘蛛。跟前台反映後，他說謝謝你的意見。然後事情就完結了，我一晚上没睡好。
果斷退掉第3晚的房間。

Excellete Property. Very centrally located in Old Tblisi. Very well mannered staff and extremely cooperative. I would definitely stay with them again. The building has its rustic charms. Old building refurbished into a modern boutique hotel.

Recently renovated building with exquisite taste and attention to detail. The staff were amazing. Every booking and request attended to immediately. The location in Tbilisi old city is the best and really if you want a real Georgian experience this is where you want to stay.. not some big chain.

Лучший отель в Тбилиси , прекрасные просторные номера , отличные завтраки , очень дружелюбные сотрудники , это прям оазис в центре города , ресторан выше всяких похвал , сотрудники ресторана очень гостеприимные и прекрасные люди , каждые вечер живая музыка с прекрасными музыкантами , спасибо за отдых 🙏

Excellent new hotel, good and satisfying breakfast. The location of the hotel is really excellent and is in the center close to everything. Spacious and clean rooms, we had a lovely balcony. The service of the staff was excellent, we really connected with them, they helped us with every question. A highly recommended hotel.

Great experience, great location and service, unique historical hotel and in the middle of cultural area of tblisi reception staff are very helpful who help ordering food from out, the guest relation shoota also is a great help and you can see him every where. Amazing hotel with its design, location, service, cleanliness. Breakfast is very delicious. Staff is very professional and friendly. Always happy to help. Restaurant Bamba is also amazing place with its live music. Highly recommended!

Had a great stay! Staff was extremely friendly and accommodating: everyone made an effort to make you feel welcomed. Room was comfortable and sparkling clean! The hotel's location is perfect for exploring Tbilisi. A truly luxurious stay that I highly recommend!
