這家酒店在半山腰，感覺還不錯的，前台會一點點英文，酒店比較老舊，類似於國內的旅館，但乾淨衞生，有電梯，很小的電梯，大概衹能坐兩三個人那種，感覺挺好玩的，房間中規中矩的，床墊質量一般，睡起來也就那樣，綜合來講，這家酒店還是不錯

Beautiful spacious room, gorgeous view from the window (the room was on the 5th floor), you can see the whole of Tbilisi, the river, the mountains, a large balcony, it was cold outside, so we drank tea by the window and looked at the whole of Tbilisi. We didn't want to leave the room. Breakfast was normal. The staff was friendly. The hotel is well located, 8 minutes and you are on the main square, where the cafes begin, then cross the bridge and another square with a hot air balloon and a park

The bad experience started from checkin. The old man at the front desk was downright rude. The room allotted was nothing like the pictures shown on the booking site. The staff (especially the young girl, Saida) was unwilling or unable to help out in any way; shrugging off any responsibility for the sorry state of the facility. Requests for additional linen were met with a we-have-run-out-of-blankets & bedsheets response. The only good part was the kitchen staff and the breakfast!
