Visually a good hotel, friendly staff, good breakfasts. But there were problems with room 401. We checked in on July 5, 2024, and they gave us this room. We ordered separate beds, but there was one shared one. I checked at the reception - they said there were no others, because all the rooms were occupied. We noticed that there were just two separate beds joined into one. The staff separated them and removed one nightstand, because it did not fit. We noticed that after a shower, water flows out behind the shower partition and spreads across the bathroom floor. As a result, when you go to the toilet, you walk through puddles. On the first day, we noticed that the air conditioner did not cool below +25 degrees, but we thought that this was normal, because it was +38 outside. On the night from Saturday to Sunday, the air conditioner could not cool below +29, although it was even cooler outside. On Sunday morning I reported a leaking shower partition and broken air conditioner to the reception. They said that a specialist would come in a few hours and take a look. It seems that no one came to us, but I can’t say for sure. The air conditioner began to cool down to 26-27 degrees, but not lower, no matter how much you set it. In the corridor near the elevator, the air conditioner worked perfectly and I wanted to stay there overnight. The shower was still leaking.
