Это не отель , а гостевой дом.
Какие три звезды?
Нет оборудованного ресепшена, у администратора нет компьютера, она просто в телефоне смотрит с приложением.
Бронировала через trip.com не оказалось моей брони, потратила больше часа времени, чтобы связаться с поддержкой уже оплаченной брони. Администратор только и говорила у меня вот приложение , тут вас нет.
Далее завтраки : картофель , салат оливье , сметана , масло сливочное, чай и кофе и на этом всё. На вопрос про кашу на меня посмотрели как на дуру , типа ешьте, что есть.
Вечером я спросила про воду, сказали , пейте из под крана.
Уборки в номерах нет, фена нет, окна не открываются .
На чистой постели волосы.
В общем , прекрасно , что бронь всего на два дня, но хочется выехать раньше.
За эти деньги, думаю, что можно снять получше. Не комфорт, но хотя бы с самим необходимым и именно нацелено на гостиничный сервис , а не сожительство в семье.
Негатива не встретила ,но и клиентоориентированности никакой.
Но не советую здесь останавливаться .

The owner is very kind and will speak to you immediately if you need anything. She's a really nice person.
The room is clean, the view is great, and I think the price is cheap for such a great location.
The breakfast is also really delicious.
I was very satisfied.
I'll definitely come again.

Our room is on the 1st floor (it feels like a former garage, but maybe I’m wrong, number 101), direct access to the street, bedding for everyone, there is a refrigerator in the room.
There is a thermopot, cups and glasses in the hotel lobby. The atmosphere is very cozy, beautiful view of the city on the veranda.
I recommend paying for breakfast or taking a room with it included. Because the hostess cooks divinely (especially delicious buns). Very hospitable owners and staff.
The hotel is located near the railway station. (about 15-20 minutes on foot, although the area is closer to the hotel up a steep hill, but not much, bus No. 368 min. 10 without traffic jams.)

The ambiance of the hotel is great, from the view outside of our room, you can see the scenic beauty of the views at the top. The service is also great, they are friendly & approachable, there's a free breakfast, the foods are average. We spent a beautiful and calm stay on this hotel for 1 week.
