The owners (2 women) were very kind.
They even lent us a hairdryer, and the breakfast they cooked was delicious.
They also had Georgian khinkali, and it was nice that the menu changed every day. The shared living room was so comfortable that we ended up staying for a long time.
The room was clean and the shower was warm.

The location is a bit remote. You have to walk more than 1 km from the airport to the terminal by taking bus 377. You need to use Google navigation to find it, it is on a hillside. The room is quite big and the hygiene is average.

The hotel is on a hill, so if you can't walk, be careful.
The only thing that bothered me was that they charged an extra $20 for two breakfasts. There was no option to not have them.
