Расположение в центре города. Единственный плюс. Далее только минусы: 1) Из двух ночей, смогли заселить только на одну ночь в забронированном номере. Обьяснили тем, что номер дальше забронирован и предложили сьехать в другой отель располеженный в 3 км от центра. Отказались. Предложили другой маленький номер с окном в стену и другой отель рядом. При этом это получается , что пол дня занимались переездом. 2) в Апартаментаз не работал слив в унизе, обьяснили что там что то нажать надо, приходилось смывать шлангом от беде. Неработал холодильник. Нет заявленного чая и кофе, нет чайника, ни на кухне не в коридоре, нет бутылок с водой. Кухня такая в номере , что нельзя ничего поставить на столешницу. Одним словом место тоько переконтоваться если повезет и не переселят в другой отель или в другой номер, который гораздо хуже забронированного. Персонал на текучке народу, здает в разных агрегаторах данный отель и далее заполняет людьми другие свои отели. Вместо отдыха, получилась нервотрепка с переездами а не отдых. Крайне не советую.

In response to our requests for repairs, the staff said, “it’s the tourists who break it, we’ll fix it now, and they’ll break it again.” What??? In general, the staff is extremely .... strange. I already wrote above about the broken seat. On the first day, regarding the breakfast we paid for, we heard: “Well, there are cafes everywhere, and you can have breakfast there.” When it was stated that breakfast was paid for, we were asked what time we wanted breakfast. In response to our response that 8.30 - 9 o'clock would be good, we were told - "I am inconvenient at this time, I will get here at best by 9 am, so breakfast is not earlier than 9.30." Facepalm. Regarding the separate beds in the room, they said, “then you push them together, there will be one big one.” This was the answer to the question why we have one duvet cover for 2 beds, but in the end they gave us a second one. There is no closet in the room, only a hanging one with 2 bent metal hangers from the dry cleaners. There are no shelves and a height of 80 centimeters. Wi-Fi is unstable and does not cover the entire area of ​​the hotel, and if your room is a kennel, then the mobile network there is not very good, that is, it will be uncomfortable to resolve any issues over the Internet. The reviews on the famous blue aggregator are not true - the hotel simply deletes your booking along with the review after you leave a less than enthusiastic review. The only advantage of the hotel is its location in the very center, but it is very quiet there, since the hotel is located in a dead end. If you are traveling with children or have a romantic vacation, I highly do not recommend this hotel. You may get lucky with the number, but if not, you will be very disappointed. Don't take risks)))
