Worst hotel booking experience ever! I booked a room and for some reason my card did not work, although I entered the data correctly. I wrote to the hotel and asked if everything was ok with my booking and that this trip is very important for me and I will definitely come! The hotel told me that everything is in order and they are waiting for me! a couple of hours before my arrival, they wrote to me from the hotel that if I did not pay twice as much they would cancel my reservation. As a result, the reservation was canceled and I was left without a home!very dishonest people! I do not advise you to book this hotel, as you can be deceived and brazenly demand money! in the end, I flew to Tbilisi and cried for a long time as it is very difficult to find new accommodation a couple of hours before arrival

Отель Аната стал для меня комфортным местом проживания со 2 ого сентября по 10 сентября 2022 года. Мой номер полулюкс был стильно оформлен в светлых тонах с удобной кроватью - что было очень важно для уставшей туристки. Аккуратная чистая постель, чайник и чайные наборы в номере, большая ванная комната со всем необходимым, ... все свидетельствовать о заботе о туристах. Важно, что каждый день номер убирался и полотенца менялись ежедневно. Шампуни и мыло, предлагаемые отелем качественные. Вкуснейший разнообразный сытный завтрак задавал добрый настрой на целый день. Вкуснейшие домашние сосиски, сырные запечённые палочки, аппетитные кексы запомнятся надолго. Особая благодарность интеллигентной Майе, её оперативности и готовности сделать пребывание гостей беспроблемным. Спасибо Благородной Виктории, за полезные консультации. Персонал отеля максимально готов помочь каждому гостю. Лео очень внимательный. Отель расположен на некотором отдалении от центра... это большой ПЛЮС провести вечер в тиши спокойного района. До ближайшего метро рукой подать... А остановка автобуса рядом в 2х минутах
