Last night I landed late and checked in at 1.00am. When I arrived at the hotel, a tall European male staff asked me “who are you” and was very unfriendly. I didn’t want to cause any trouble so I talked to him nicely. I came with my boyfriend and my bag. Anyone who saw me would know that I was a tourist. After entering the hotel, he checked me in for more than 40 minutes and couldn’t find my booking. He behaved very badly throughout the check-in process and even charged me even though I had already paid on the Tip.com app. in the morning , at 8.55am in the morning, he opened my bedroom. It was a terrible day in Georgia. He made me feel suspicious and unsafe here. Please let the hotel handle this matter with this person. Because this man’s behavior is very unsafe for tourists. Or is it because he sees me as Asian, so he bullies me?
Your hotel is a very good hotel. I don't think your hotel should be ruined by people behaving in such an unsafe way towards customers.

Pretentious, but disappointing
Although this hotel boasts about luxury features such as swimming pool and sauna, it lacks some very basic amenities (no bath mat, no night lamp in the room). Also its alleged environmental friendliness appears only as marketing trick, as there are lots of single use plastics and the minibar fridge is on, while entirely empty. The best part is the location and a quite good selection for breakfast, but everything else needs serious improvement.

Wij zijn hier 1 week geweest van 22 tot 29 mei.
Hadden kamer 304 aan de voorzijde van het hotel met een schitterend mooi balkon.Ook kamer groot en mooie ruime en zeer schone badkamer.Vriendelijk ontvangst bij receptie.Ontbijt is ook goed,alleen jammer dat dat pas om 8.30 is. Hotel ligt op loopafstand van restaurants het oude centrum en de metro.Raad het hotel zeker aan voor een goed verblijf in Tbilisi !

После выезда обнаружили минус 1000$ в деньгах, находившихся в сейфе. При заезде на сейфе не был сброшен старый код, вызвал администратора для решения проблемы, он сбросил старый пароль, попросил ввести новый и я закрыл в его присутствии, он видел пароль, изменить пароль потом у меня не получилось, пришлось оставить тот же. Отель написал что камеры проверил и у них такого не бывает, но у меня 100% сумма изменилась после проживания здесь, так как кошелек с деньгами положили в сейф и не доставали до выезда. В полицию не обратился, так как сказали что нужно обращаться в Тбилиси, а пропажу я обнаружил в Батуми, обратно возвращаться я не стал, так как перспективы возврата не 100%, а дней отпуска не так много. Будьте внимательны в этом отеле с ценными вещами.

We are currently staying at this hotel. We have an excellent room with a beautiful bathroom and a truly magnificent balcony overlooking Tbilisi. Everything is super clean and tidy. Breakfast is also well taken care of. Friendly staff. The hotel is within walking distance of the centre and restaurants are nearby. I recommend this hotel for a great stay in Tbilisi.
