Большая мягкая кровать, чисто, администратор на связи почти 24часа, отвечает быстро. Так получилось, что искала отель в два часа ночи и почти везде было занято, мне повезло что в этом отеле был свободный номер, а так же что администратор ответил сразу как я написала.

Были в Грузии впервые с мужем . Остановились в отеле Граф Т. Очень уютный номер с балконом, вода горячая всегда. В номере есть холодильник, чайник. Небольшая кухня в холле, где можно приготовить завтрак. Заселились удаленно поздно вечером, хозяин прислал инструкцию и помог с трансфером( вызвал нам машину в аэропорт). Очень комфортное общение! Ещё мне понравилось как отель расположен, пешком ходили гулять в старый Тбилиси Однозначно рекомендую!

Отличный отель, прекрасное располодение, все очень понравилось. Номера чистые и просторные,а самое главное очень удобные кровати. Огромное вам спасибо за то что пошли нам на встречу и заселили нас раньше. В следующий раз обязательно остановимся у вас снова

Удобная локация в 5 мин.пешком до метро,мягкая кровать и быстрый wi-fi,что было важно )админ оперативно отвечает в мессенджерах и везде чисто !рекомендую это место, цена-качество соответствует ! Сделали не большую скидку на длительное проживание

Этот отель посоветовали друзья. И я доверилась. Я наслышана о плохом сервисе в Грузии, старых домах, тесных душевых. Поэтому искала новый отель с хорошим ремонтом. Это попадание 100%. Чисто, уютно, просторно. Расположение - близко к центру.

Останавливались в отеле с женой в Июле 2024 года. Очень переживали на счет жилья, все таки чужая страна. Администратор Никита развеял все наши сомнения, рассказал про отель, район, что находится рядом. К слову все оказалось правдой. Когда прилетели в Тбилиси, нам вызвали трансфер, так как наличных у нас не было чтобы вызвать такси. Администратор подсказал и прислал местоположение обменника и разрешил нам сначала заселиться, выспаться, погулять, поменять валюту и на следующее утро оплатить. Очень приятно) Администратор всегда был на связи и готовый решить незначительные проблемы и подсказать интересующую нас информацию по Грузии. в номере есть все что заявлено при бронировании, удобная кровать, просторный санузел, ОЧЕНЬ быстрый интернет и симпатичный балкон были незначительные минусы, нет халатов, банных шапочек, наборов ватная палочка-пилка. Так же расстроило что не было российских каналов.

Очень хамское отношение к людям , рада , что наши планы поменялись и мы нашли другой отель! Нашла отель Hotel Graf T, связалась с сотрудником отеля , задала вопросы по бронированию и в целом по отелю, сказала , что напишу им , если будем бронировать… Но администрация отеля решила написать мне самостоятельно проявив заботу : Отель: Добрый день! Как у вас дела ? Что нибудь решили на счет нашего варианта отеля? Готовы рассмотреть бронирование нашего отеля? ВЧЕРА В 20:37 Гость: Здравствуйте Нет, поменялись планы 17:34 Отель: 😂🤡 Гость: Хорошо, что мы сделали выбор в пользу другого отеля )) теперь точно нет сомнений Отель: А зачем было обманывать ? Гость: Вас никто не обманывал, у людей к счастью есть возможность рассмотреть множество вариантов. Вам написали и задавали пару вопросов, но никто ничего не обещал. Удачи вам Отель: Поменялись планы вы написали а не выбрали другой отель) наверное просто дешевле на 300 рублей был отель!

В отеле так и не побывал. Специально забронировал номер заранее, за 4 месяца, на одни сутки в августе - буду в командировке. Просил администратора подтвердить, что все в порядке, что отель меня ожидает - что администратор и сделал, подтвердил. Но уже спустя 3 дня он же, очень настоятельно, попросил бронирование моё отменить. Причина тому "сломанный календарь отеля". Мест в отеле на это время нет, как оказалось. В 6 странах мира ни у кого никогда календарь не "ломался", а здесь увы, произошло. Моё мнение - я стал просто невыгодным клиентом, который влез всего лишь на одни сутки в разгар, сезона. Но администратор считает это излишней вредностью. Что же, пусть нас рассудит жизнь. Бронирование отменяю. Администратор Никита, привет вам. Вижу, что о вас оставляют негативные отзывы и другие люди
