Great hotel with huge rooms. Located near the biggest church in Georgia! It’s a new building and thanks to hotel staff everything keeps in good maintenance. Also hotel has personal parking in case you want to keep your car safe.
Everything was clean and cozy. The breakfast were also served with pretty big time gap.
The water in the shower have good pressure and the didn’t have problem with water heating.
But there was couple things that need some improvements. Firstly there was no soap dish so bathroom was pretty dirty after every visit.
Secondly during breakfast there was often a problem with amount of served food. Always needed to wait for food to be replaced for 10-15 minutes.
Also I booked and prepaid twin bed room but they gave me queen sized bed room with only one duvet.

The most luxurious hotel in every sense.
Free underground parking, friendly staff. Excellent breakfasts - buffet.
The room is huge and luxurious, very clean. There is a stove, kettle and everything you need. We had a huge balcony with a view of the city. I definitely recommend staying here!

Отдельно удачно расположен, неподалёку от основных достопримечательностей старого города, рядом с метро. Вблизи есть магазины и аптеки. Персонал отеля вежливый и приветливый. Завтраки прекрасны, достаточно разнообразны, приготовлены с душой. Всегда есть овощи, очень вкусные паштеты, блинчики-просто песня. Персонал с удовольствием расскажет, из чего приготовлено то или иное блюдо. Уборка в номерах качественная. Единственный минус-постельное белье, оно было с небольшими дырками. Причем когда его заменили, дырки тоже были, просто в другом месте)) Но в целом этим можно пренебречь, впечатления остались положительные.

The Hotel was magnificent and just made us feel at home. It had everything we needed for a 3-day stay. The staff were super friendly and nice. The breakfast had good variety and the parking was convenient. Its central location made it easily accessible to all shopping malls. We found a cat near the cafe and named her Chachamaru.

Beautiful hotel with some of the nicest employees I've ever seen! They really know how to make your stay special. Smiling people very helpful and attentive to details. Very friendly atmosphere. A place where you want always be!
