Otel in personeli çok ilgili , yemekler güzel, odaları küçük ama idare eder, Fakat kayak Ekibinden hiç memnun kalmadık. Bu yıl Can kayak ekibi ile anlaşmış otel ,bu ekip çok yüksek rakamlara ders vermekte civarda ki diğer otellerin ekiplerinin 2 katı fiyat talep ettiler ve çok katılar hiç yardımcı olmadılar , diğer otellere geçip orda ders aldırdık çocuklarımıza. otelin bu konuda kayak ekibi ile yaptığı anlaşmlarda çok dikkat etmesi gerektiğini düşünüyorum .kayak otellerine rezervasyon yapmadan önce mutlaka kayak bölümlerini telefon ile arayıp görüşün ona göre rezervasyonları yapmalısınız.

Şuan kar tatilimizin 3.günündeyiz. Hava, otel muhteşem. Otelin restoranları, çalışanları,temizlik ve ilgi harika. Kesinlikle tavsiye ederiz. Daha iki günümüz var. Seneye de burada tatilimizi geçirmek isteyeceğimiz kesin. Ayrıca ulaşım ve yol da oldukça rahat.

Great staff, old and tiny rooms
The food and the staff are great, speaking good english. However, the rooms are small and super old that it could barely fit 2 persons. The room was a disappointment

Otel tek kelimeyle mükemmkel. Çalışanlar dört dörtlük. Yemekler bol çeşitlive lezzetli. Lobyyde hizmet çok güzel ve ferah. Tüm çalışanlar güler yüzlü ve ilgili. Pistler çok temiz. Kayak alanları harika, Odalar çok temiz. Olumsuz hiç bir şey yok.

This is a cool resort, all inclusive concept, excellent service (Huysein was the best), ski in ski out concept, no crowds, ski pass included in tne price, well kept slopes, and very good pool/fitness area. we were very pleased. the only downside is steep costs for ski rental (2-3 times of Erzurum, amd 3 times more than i Austria for example), and ski lessons. but if you bring your own equipment and ski well - no worries then :):) definitely recommed this ski resort

Unforgetable experience! Great food and amazing view.. Thankyou for the warm hospitality, especially Husein! He is very humble and lovely staff.. now its time for me to go back to Bali, but i wish someday i could visit this hotel again. Thankyou xx
