Massive thank you to Carlos Filomena and of course Carolina for another remarkable stay at Vilapura. We would have loved to have stayed longer however they were fully booked. I'm not suprised as this is the best place we have had the pleasure of staying at.

Just had a wonderful 3 days at VILAPURA hotel. Carlos and Philomena were the most wonderful hosts making everyone feel special. We met some lovely people of various nationalities great company. We had dinner on 2 evenings, Philomena is a wonderful cook, we ate with all the other guests and Carlos made it a great evening. We will be returning soon as we only live 90 klm away.

We were there in October 2021 and everything went 5*. We decided to return over the Easter weekend, and we also booked the weekend after that and a week and a half in June, as it seemed like a real paradise. Very attentive hosts and friendly staff until...on our second night we decided after dinner to go to the heated pool, which is small but very friendly, and the jacuzzi. It turns out that my wife slipped in the pool, as water got into her nose and mouth, and she ended up vomiting. Well, the Carlos we knew disappeared, looking indignant and furious, instead of worrying if my wife was ok, he simply became immensely upset, not disguising it in the slightest about having to change the water in the pool. With the hassle and given this situation, we suggested leaving that night (11 pm), which he immediately agreed to, stating that it was better for us and for him. And he even hinted that it was better to cancel the remaining reservations. We paid what he asked, apologized for the situation and returned home late at night, living 200 km away. He didn't send us away, we suggested it and he agreed it was better that way. If you go there and don't have any incidents it's spectacular, if you have any mishaps like ours, get ready for a descent into hell! We do not recommend it, nor will we return, as accidents happen and service providers have to know how to deal with this without harassing the customers who are the ones who feed tourism.

We spent 17 dream nights in this villa run with love, kindness, availability and smiles by Philomena and Carlos. The room is tastefully decorated, cleaned every day. The bedding is excellent. Breakfast is very generous and varied with fruits from the garden and fresh squeezed orange juice. Philomena's meals are delicious. The swimming pool is great with lots of deckchairs, chairs and parasols. Heaven !!!!

Honestly can't rate Vilapura any more than perfect. We spent 9 days of absolute Tranquility there it was so perfect we never even ventured out during the day it was so relaxing. Carlos and Filomena are so welcoming and the meals offered were superb. Only wish we booked a longer stay

The welcome is exceptional, with a lot of attention from the hosts, everything is very clean, room not very large but comfortable and with everything necessary, quiet environment, top swimming pools, copious and varied breakfast, meals offered with local products and bringing a family atmosphere, relaxation guaranteed!
