We had a wonderful stay at Manor Hotel, which is conveniently located near the Central Railway Station. There are plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby. The hotel provided a good breakfast selection, featuring local specialties. The self-service coffee machine in the restaurant would be a great addition, helping to reduce waiting times and ease the morning rush on the staff.
Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Although there was a construction site next door, it didn’t cause any disturbance throughout the day. One small drawback was that the beds were quite high, which could be challenging for children or shorter guests to climb onto. It would be helpful if the hotel offered a small step stool in such cases.
We arrived early, around 6 a.m., and appreciated the option for an early check-in at half the usual room rate, which made our arrival much easier.
Overall, it was a very positive experience, and we would happily stay at Manor Hotel again!

The hotel is very close to the train station, about a 10-minute walk in a straight line, making it ideal if you want to be close to the station. The hotel facilities are new and kept very clean. The room is spacious, as is the bathroom. The bathroom has amenities such as a toothbrush, shaving cream, and a comb. Everything in the room is very modern. The mattress on the bed is a bit high; I didn't have a problem with it because I'm tall, but I think for a shorter person, the bed would be a bit high. There's a construction project next to the hotel, but fortunately, you can't hear any noise with the windows closed, so don't worry, it's not a problem. Breakfast is very good; it's a buffet with a wide variety of breads, fruits, nuts, sweets, cheeses, yogurts, chocolates, etc. You can also order scrambled eggs, fried eggs, or any type of eggs you like. The restaurant staff is very friendly and always attentive to everything.

"Alfa e Omega" si potrebbe dire in riferimento al Manor Hotel 🏨, almeno per noi, visto questa struttura è stata la prima e pure l'ultima tra quelle che abbiamo provato durante il nostro recente viaggio in terra uzbeka 🇺🇿. Giunti in loco domenica 18 maggio sulle 9.00 🕘 direttamente dall'aeroporto 🛬 di Tashkent, l'abbiamo poi lasciato all'alba del mattino successivo per imbarcarci sul volo interno 🛫 con destinazione Urgench (da cui era previsto il trasferimento in auto 🚗 sino a Khiva). Ci siamo successivamente tornati domenica 25 maggio, nella parte finale del nostro tour, per congedarci definitivamente tre giorni più tardi. Nel corso dei due distinti pernottamenti abbiamo alloggiato in stanze differenti (dapprima la n. 407 al quarto piano e poi la n. 208 al secondo piano) trovandoci sempre bene. Buona la dotazione in termini di comfort normalmente previsti per strutture di questo livello, dal climatizzatore al frigo passando per il televisore 🖥, il Wi-Fi 🛜 e il bollitore 🫖 con tisane. Gradevole la tematizzazione dei corridoi (vedasi foto 📸 allegate 📎) con rappresentazioni in rilievo di alcune iconiche attrazioni come l'ingresso dell'Ark di Bukhara (al quarto piano) e il monumento ad Amir Temur della stessa Tashkent (al secondo piano). Valido il servizio colazione con una certa varietà di proposte sia in termini di dolce che di salato (singolare la presenza delle pizzette 🍕 farcite); per le bevande calde ☕️🍵 bisogna invece rivolgersi ai camerieri, i quali, a propria volta, chiedono sempre se si desiderino omelette e/o pancake 🥞. Non male la posizione visto che, con una discreta passeggiata 🚶🏻🚶🏻♀️, si possono raggiungere alcuni dei principali siti d'interesse come piazza "Amir Temur". La struttura si affaccia su strada "Taras Shevchenko", scrittore e poeta al quale è stato dedicato un monumento che si trova circa 950 metri più avanti sulla sinistra. A noi è piaciuto (a proposito, un ringraziamento alla nostra Kamilla per l'ottima 👌🏻 organizzazione dell'intero viaggio) dunque LO CONSIGLIO 👍🏻.

Плюсы отеля: - располагается рядом с пешеходной улицей, в пешей доступности от вокзала и метро; - номер Premium suit очень хорошо подходит для троих: просторный, состоит из гостиной и спальни, большая ванная с гигиеническими наборами, мягкими полотенцами, шампунем, гелем, кондиционером и шнуром для сушки одежды. В самом номере есть всё необходимое: большая удобная кровать, кресла, 2 телевизора, 2 кондиционера, шкаф, сейф, халаты; - заселили на несколько часов раньше; - очень хороший завтрак: нарезка овощей, колбас, сыра, фрукты, сухофрукты, блины, тушеные овощи, выпечка, различного рода десерты, орехи, чай, кофе. Минусы отеля: - неприветливый персонал на ресепшн. Первый отель, в котором выдают no name карту белого цвета, без указания номера комнаты на ней или на картонном конверте. На вопрос про бассейн и спа ответили, что стоимость не знают, идите на - 1 этаж, спросите там; - шумные кондиционеры, которые периодически выключаются и тут же включаются с писком, если включены в обеих комнатах. Когда работает один в спальне, проблемы с включением и включением нет; - сейф не закреплён. Считаю, что хранить вещи в нём небезопасно, можно бросто брать и уносить; - медлительный персонал в ресторане на завтраке. Вовремя не пополняют чистую посуду, тарелки с едой; - сыр и колбаса заветренные, есть неприятно. В целом отель неплох на пару ночей. Персонал многое портит

This is the worst hotel I have stayed in with the rudest and most unhelpful staff I have ever met. The Windows don't open and are partially obscured. The room was stuffy and overheated. I have an allergy to air con and when I explained this to reception he said Go and find somewhere else. It was 11pm. Avoid this place at all costs. It brings tourism in Uzbekistan into disrepute.
