這家酒店是中國老闆，人員特別容易溝通，服務人員也比較熱情，附近還有中國飯店，在外面的國人選擇比較好。

非常滿意，房間乾淨衞生，老闆人好。經常麻煩他，都是一一解決。下次來肯定再住這裏。 周邊餐館也很多，走幾步就到很方便。

Horrible hotel. I do not recommend it to anyone! The only pros are the relative cleanliness of the room, and ants are running around on the table with dishes at breakfast. Cons: 1. The room description says "city view". But the windows in almost all the rooms overlook the interior of the hotel: the wall, the windows of another room, the stairs (see photo). It is impossible to open the curtains, there is no point in opening the window either, because it opens into the interior of the hotel, there is no air flow. 2. There is an air conditioner in the room, but it just works as a noisy fan. The temperature in the room is +30, the air conditioner does not cool, there is no air flow from the window either (see the previous point). As a result, I had to sleep with a working air conditioner-fan, which did not cool, but only created a slight air movement. The result is unbearable heat and a runny nose in the morning. I contacted the reception, they said that they could not fix the air conditioner. (I wonder if they even tried to fix it?) 3. There was no hot water in the hotel on the first evening. It was turned on only in the morning. 4. The hotel has a veranda where guests smoke and talk loudly. Several rooms overlook this veranda, so the tobacco smoke and noise disturb other guests. The veranda itself is covered, so it turns into a red-hot oven. 5. The breakfast is terrible: a very poor choice of dishes, no chafing dishes: hot dishes are put on plates and covered with film, so they become not only cold, but also damp. Only instant coffee. Ants are running around the table. The breakfast room itself is in the basement. 6. The luggage room is on the -1 floor, and the hotel has no elevator or ramp. So we had to leave our luggage right next to the reception, in full view of everyone. There is no toilet on the ground floor in the common area. In general, the hotel is a nightmare. Living there is just torture! How could it be so inconvenient and uncomfortable for the guests?

Очень неоднозначное впечатление от проживания в этом отеле. Из положительных сторон могу отметить, что номера новые, чистые. Полотенца просто шикарные. В комнатах много розеток и есть переходники на розетки разных стран. Есть чайник, чай и стаканы, зубной набор, гели для душа, шампуни, тапочки, вода. Хорошо работает WiFi Из негативных моментов: очень жарко в номерах, Кондеционер еле дует, даже при включенном режиме 16 градусов - в номере 25 минимум. Окна моего номера выходили на лестницу. Вообще много номеров, у которых окна не выходят на улицу, поэтому проветрить просто невозможно. Завтрак средний, есть можно, но не особо понравилось. По столам бегали муравьи. Лифта нет, а комната багажа в подвале, как и часть номеров
